The "cheese" they put on this deserves the quotes around it. I'm not certain it can be called cheese. It's basically that easy-cheese stuff, one (small) step above what one would spray out of a can. The "cheese" steak was borderline inedible, not because of anything the staff did wrong, but because the quality of "food" is poor. That whole food court is poor, but I'd rate this lower than Arby's. Nice staff who were very polite and courteous when it came to substitutions and didn't get annoyed like some places would. They prepared my sandwich well. The sandwich was good, nothing unbelievable but good nonetheless.

No clue why this place has so many bad reviews..I gave it a try and dam fully loaded Philly cheese steak with all the works loved it..can't beat it as most the mall food is blah and overpriced this was worth the money

Not sure why this place is getting so many bad reviews but it seems like there has been a review for months so I’ll update everyone. I come here every day for lunch since I work in the mall and I’ve never had a bad experience. The level of consistency I’ve noticed with the subs and fries is impressive and I’m always left happy with the food and how it tasted.
