Whoever the rude lady running the place on Christmas 2023 in the red shirt NEEDS an attitude adjustment! Talking to her employees rudely and being snarky at customers because they ask a simple question IS UNCALLED FOR! I ordered 20 minutes ago, and my order was already on the mobile order shelf but it was missing my munchkins and my coffee was made incorrectly. So I stood there and I just said I'm missing my munchkins and she yelled at me and said that she's doing the best she can & that they're very busy. I'm watching her hand people their mobile orders as they come up, but she couldn't get my donuts and made me wait ALL BECAUSE I TOLD HER THAT MY COFFEE WAS WRONG AND MY DONUTS ARE MISSING!NEVER EVER AM I GOING HERE AGAIN! This women does NOT belong incharge of this place!

Went there at 7:58 pm and they had nothing because they were "closing at 8pm" what Dunkin's closes at 8.. I work for dunks and the typical closing time is 10 and this dunks says they are 24 hours?

I don’t like having to leave negative reviews unless i have to but this felt necessary.I went yesterday and had an order I placed prior for two drinks. Everything was fine until I got to the window and whoever that young man who wasn’t even in Dunkin’s uniform who served me my items was not personable whatsoever. Not only was he about to let me drive off with one drink missing, but, they didn’t even have the drink I ordered and proceeded to serve a side of attitude with that. On top of not even being able to look me in the face and giving a proper “have a nice day” or even responding, I just had my replacement drink which was apparently a chore to make for these people handed to me and off I went. You could say my mood ruined was a huge understatement. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for people to show a little decency, and that’s coming from a former barista. Don’t waste your time here, go to Granite St. or Eddy Rd.
