Good food the cashier was friendly with quick service and the store seemed more of a hangout spot for the elderly not that it's a bad thing but it just wasn't really for me.

I pulled into the Dunkin’s door was still locked 30 mins after open time. Went to drive threw asking if they were gonna open. Lady said yes we’re still trying to open the doors.!!!! 40 mins after open I’m still outside the door the employees are looking and laughing after telling me they would open up the doors to dine in. Very poor customer service. This place is a joke. 3/2/23 peeps still don’t have a clue The manager says I don’t need her name well I can tell you I will get the name and I will talk to your boss ms manager. L**** these peeps think there job is so hard poor attitudes horrible place.

Ordered an ice coffee drink with an espresso shot in the drive thru. Was told the espresso machine was not working and to pull up front. Sat in parking lot for 20 minutes. Went in the store and the machine had been fixed. An employee asked if I needed help and I explained that I was still waiting for a drink and they seemed confused. The drive thru worker didn't seem to communicate that a paying customer was in the parking lot and was basically forgotten about. One young lady working there got nasty and raised her voice at me when I expressed my concern that they forgot a paying customer. As someone who also works in the customer service industry there really is no excuse for such poor attitudes from these young people who think they are always right and the customer is always wrong.

When all the staff shows up they are the Best Dunkin's I've ever been to. Unreliable employees make this location undependable. Sometimes 3 people are working with so many customers they have to close inside. Drive up could be a wait of 35 minutes. Managers are always terrific and never tell you the reason but, we all know!
