Just stopped in there for a cup of coffee and a doughnut. This looks like the tightest run Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever seen in my life. Every person was working on something, and working together in a way I normally don’t see a Dunkin’ Donuts. I had my coffee and donut within about two minutes of ordering, and there was a line of eight or 10 people behind me, and there were just as many in front of me when I got there. I’ve had some issues with this Dunkins in the past but they got new management and I think it’s helping . This Sunday crew was AMAZING ! I online ordered , got there in 4 minutes and only had to wait 1-2 minutes for my food . The staff was very friendly and my coffee and food actually came out perfect ??

There's a lady that is really good there with customers and making coffees then there's another lady but she works in the actual part of the store that isn't the dunks part and she ruins it for the Dunkin Donuts because she comes out of her way to be rude to me. My husband has noticed it as well she's an older lady and it's happened 3 separate times and I'm not sure if she had something happen to her at home that she let get to her or something I haven't got a clue but very unprofessional....read full review
