I went to order a drink and food and all I said the flavor and size of my drink and she cut me off gave me the total money that I owe and I didn't even get to any food, I will never go back there again very RUDE ?

These are the absolute rudest employees I have ever encountered. Went through the drive through and ordered a large ice water and another beverage. They didn’t have the other beverage and gave me a medium water. I asked for the large and the manager said “no, it’s already made”. I said I understand but I asked for a large for a reason. They responded with “they’re all the same price so what you get is what you get”. I understand they’re all the same price but I asked for a large and the lady at the window told me “I didn’t take the orders”. Absolutely unacceptable, not to mention most of the time when I go to this one my order is wrong. I will never be back. Absolutely unacceptable.

☕ and food items are great! The service is very slow due to employees not showing up for their shift and overall under staffed. Atmosphere is nice, I really like the cushioned chairs by the window when the ☀ is shining!!

I've worked as a crew member, shift lead, and assistant manager for a couple different coffee franchises but this location has the worst night crew I've ever seen. 2 nights in a row I placed a mobile order and both nights I am still waiting because my order is sitting on ticket machine. But tonight takes it. The crew member was sitting in the lobby on his phone while my order sat on the ticket machine. On another note, your location is open until 10pm, the lobby should not be closed at 8pm. It is not posted anywhere that you have separate lobby hours and other locations turn off walk in orders at a specific time so you should do the same when you also decide to post your different lobby hours. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of responsibility and service from a FOOD/ CUSTOMER SERVICE establishment.

Bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel with iced tea. Early in the morning they seem to be understaffed. I usually end up waiting five minutes or so to get all my order even with ordering ahead.

Said they were open with no mention of different hours for dine in. Doors were locked at 9pm despite being another hour before closing. Why??? Employee just stared at me as I tried to open the door despite being at the counter where they could have helped me anyways.Don't lie about your damn hours. Update them with dine in hours so customers don't waste their time.

Came to this location this Sat morning, 9 am after leaving the one at the Irving on Roundstone drive because there were 10 cars ahead of me and line was not moving. Drove to Brown Ave and there was only 1 car ahead of me but it took close to 10 minutes before I could place my order. Then they messed up the order so I asked them to correct it. Girl working clearly could care less about her job. Then they had to charge me more/again because they screwed up. Even now I have no idea what I paid because it went on my app and I didn't get a receipt. Anyway, I'm probably going to stop going to any of the dunkin's altogether. They all suck now.

I ordered from here and my whole order was messed up first the packaging for delivery orders is a mess my drinks were spilled all over my order. On top of that I tried to call the store and get in contact with Uber eats because there was a hair inside of the chorizo and egg wrap that was apart of my order. I wouldn’t be writing this right now but Dunkin you need to get your act together.
