I understand that this location is busy. But I’ve almost never gotten my correct order and I order through the app. You order decaf but will you get it? Who knows. Its awful and dangerous for some people. I submitted a complaint about a coffee I couldn’t drink because it tasted like wood and chemicals. Was told I would get a refund in the mail. The whole order was $30+ so I wasn’t sure for how much the refund would be. After a week I got a $10 gift card. To Dunkin. Not really a refund imo but whatever. The wait here will always be 20+ minutes whether you go to the drive thru or inside even if you order on the app 10 minutes before you get there. Like I said, I understand busy. But 30 minutes for some coffee and food? I don’t know if that counts as fast food any more.

Parking: Never mind the parking in ordered2 ice coffees both came out TOATLY wrong the person at the drive threw window said he would make them himself so he came back with themOnce again both of them were totally wrongSo the person I was with us a maneger at a Dunkin she said the coffees were wickedWaterd down u put them up to they light u can see right threw them so she went inside they ended giving her now ones that wadding RIGHT but the 2 staff members wete very ride so I will mever nack thete to order.Them only reason I will go inside the storett is because I do delivers for uber eats
