The food and coffee euro is great. The service is always really good. It was one employee that was a little bit unhappy to be there. But you can’t beat Dunkin’ Donuts.

They forgot to toast the English muffin on the sandwich. Gross. Expensive but I couldn't go back to fix it had to go to work. I guess the kitchen people need a coffee!

Awful customer service from assistant manager Alicia at the Granite Street location in Manchester NH. Extremely rude and unhelpful when requesting a refund for an item that was unavailable from a mobile order. Still waiting on a refund and a response from management.

Rude employees. Apparently you can't sit enjoy your coffee and do a lil work on your phone/tablet at a coffee shop anymore. Tsk tsk. Act like I'm bothering anyone or that the one seat I'm taking up is bothering anyone. What is the point of having tables and chairs if customers can't occupy them. Also, as a business if someone is paying for what you are selling it would probably be good practice to let them sit and do so. I even had bought a second coffee and before I had my second sip I had an employee telling me I had to leave and I couldn't "hang out there all day" I mean I was literally standing finishing an email I was writing to a client of mine getting ready to leave, but the principal of the matter is my issue. Needless to say this dunkins will have a hard time receiving my business ever again. Not to mention they only make my coffee right about 50% if the time anyways. Ridiculous utterly ridiculous.
