TERRIBLE!!! My mother and I always come to this dunkin every single morning and it’s always mediocre but today was appalling. We get to the drive thru and it’s a long line like always but this time it was taking forever. We thought it was people being people but once we got up to the actual screen no one even bothered to take our order!!! My mother after sitting at the drive thru for around 8 minutes with no service, proceeded to move up to the window. The lady explained there was only two of them when our mobile order had been put in but we clearly saw our slip hanging and it was the only one!! It’s not because of lack of staff it’s just pure laziness!!!

Unfortunately it seems as though the quality of Dunkin’s in the Manchester area has gone down considerably while prices have increased. Bought 6 donuts (4 raised and 2 cake) at the same central facility that they make the donuts for the other stores and they were still stale by the time I got them home. Saddest part is that I only live 5 minutes away…

Managers customer service is awful. She was bent out of shape because I wanted to pick my donuts. Then I ordered 3 bagels with extra butter on the side. She charges me 2 bucks extra and then gives me a total of 2 butters for 3 bagels then when I addressed it She gives me an attitude and tells me it costs extra yeah clearly 2 dollars each.

Took ten minutes to order a coffee. 5 people helping the drive through one taking coffee orders. Bunch of hardworking people with no leadership. I had to wait inbetween drinks being made to get my second one and him make 3 others.

I was overcharged. Actually, I was charged twice for the same order when I questioned it a few minutes later, they said there was no manager there. They couldn’t do anything about it. My coffee never taste the same.
Did not have enough staff in.Need more help. Wait time was very lengthy
