TERRIBLE! both service & food! Had to park & wait for our 'fast food' order! Three cars that drove up after us got their food 1st! We only ordered 2 sm fries & 3 burgers-no drinks. Went back in to get our money back! Poor management!!! This was during 'lunch' time. You would think they would be faster at this time of day. NOT going back! Pic of the burger thrown together!

The manager was handing out food this morning and he was not rude but not correct either... lacking in decorum and no courtesy from him. He snapped at an employee for being at the wrong station and then when my food didn't get done as quick as it really should have he just put it on the counter and never said sorry for the wait, or thank you for the patience just nothing... not even the order number or my name... no smile. He needs to sit down and chill get his mood right before he works with the public

Well I ordered a 20 nuggets 2 large fries and I didn't reserve a 20 piece nug I got the box with 4 nuggets and honestly pissed me off went in side for a refund they're teens n there very lazy don't go there waste of money at least the fries where

I’m from the Bahamas and I’ve traveled many places but the McDonald’s in New Hampshire Manchester brown ave is by far THEEEEEEE BEST MCDONALDS IVE EVER TASTED ….you also have a few great employees I met with great customer service ANDREW,SAMMY AND ERICA 10000/10

We literally were inside before the lobby closed. We were just finishing our order on the kiosk literally checking out and then this woman told us the lobby is closed and we have to leave??? They also did not tell us that when we walked in they told us after a few minutes of standing and ordering. I said “can we ant least order our food” she said “no” and walked us out??? There were many customers sitting eating already and they were not told to leave???? Even though the door had already been locked. And there were MANY employees they could have just given us the food we ordered and said please leave we are closing the lobby????

Awesome customer service! We came in because McDonalds in Methuen made a sandwich wrong and my granddaughter refused to eat it. My plan was to show them the mistake and try to use a free sandwich on the app. They replaced it without any issues or having to use the apple. The gentleman at the counter was super nice! Thank you! My granddaughter now has a smile and a full belly.
Forgot the milk for the Happy Meals.
