We like a lot going out. Yesterday we found this excellent place which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a delightful time there with first-rate cooking and a professional stuff and a distinguished chief cook. We put this place in our phone list and we will no doubt come back soon. We warmly recommend.

Got the bahnmi sandwich. Over priced, bland, missing some traditional ingredients. This restaurant is all hype, no flavor. Go somewhere else and get more food for your money.

Since I moved to Manchester, NH it been abit hard to find a good noodle place and well, this place won me over. Definitely check it out!

when i was very sick, a girl I was seeing brought me soup and dumplings from here. We put on some movies and she stayed and cuddled me until i fell asleep. in the end, i just wasn't ready to commit, i took her for granted and i lost her. looking back, we could have been something great. soup and dumplings were superb, highly recommend noodz.

I am a massive fan of Birch, this was my first experience with Noodz and I am so sad to write this. We ordered takeout (maybe a mistake??) Ramens were not labeled, one was GF noodles (I can figure that out myself, but one soup was supposed to have extra pork and we had to fish around the container... and there was no extra pork (okay, mistakes happen...) There were regular noodles mixed in with my GF rice noodles. Anyone with allergies or sensitivities would be in huge trouble. Okay, looking sloppy noodz... The broth was brown, yes, but tasted like actual water. I mean it somehow had zero seasoning or salt but was brown? I mean literally zero. I'm so confused. I actually think someone forgot part of the recipe tonight because it's not possible this was intentional. I added some salt myself... but now I have brown salt water on a pile of noodles. Okay... We ate the eggs and the pork and threw the rest away. Steak and cheese bao also had zero salt and was bitter. Yes, bitter steak. Threw it away. Fries came with the bao and obviously don't travel well but I appreciated that they were seasoned. Look, I know it's been a hard year. Particularly for Birch + Noodz. But there is NO way Nick had anything to do with what happened in the kitchen tonight. It was a horrible representation of what Birch/Noodz can do and I hope they can pull it together because this was $70 worth of waste and they could be and should be so much better than that.

A Pleasant Surprise. When I walked in, I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. But the food that I got turned out to be really good, and the staff was quite friendly.

Expected More.Usually I'm okay with a messed up order. Getting Chicken Wings instead of the other ramen order is disappointing but not a game breaker for me.That Ramen though...was a letdown. I didn't think it was possible for a broth to be both bland and offensive at the same time. It also didn't smell that great. I gave the broth a courtesy sip and that was all I would give it.The Chicken wings were alright though. Spicy and sour sauce was decent but not what I was looking for on wings.

Delicious food, great service. Nashville Chicken Bao's are a must get every time we order! I do miss the chicken ramen that used to be on the menu. One of my favorite places in Manch

On an early Friday evening dinner with my wife, we had wanted to try something quick and easy, something downtown but would not take two plus hours to sit through. We wanted to try Noodz so we stopped in for over the top Ramen Noodles. The dumplings were spectacular, the spicy kewpie mayo fries were to die for, and I waa "bowled" over by the Ramen, no pun intended. It is not the ramen you lived on in your college dorm room. Cheers to Nick and his team!

Food is delicious and the drinks are excellent as well! We are hoping we will see them again post-COVID when the business is feeling safe and ready to re-welcome staff. Noodz is very missed!

Stopped at Noodz during an event in Manchester last fall. Got the pork tonkostu ramen. All I can say is great service, friendly staff, awesome food, AND a clean relaxed atmosphere!

Staff was very friendly but the ramen was disappointing and bland- lacked major flavor. The tonkotsu broth wasn't rich or creamy like other ramen bars I've been to in Boston. Theirs tasted watery, salty and oily nothing compared to Ganko Ittetsu Ramen. Spent around $55 for 2 people. I went to wash my hands afterwards and their bathroom was disgusting. I'm scared to see how they maintain their kitchen.
