The store manager is super nice. He offered me a free delicious Chipotle Chicken sandwich because at time I order one, their machine wasn’t ready due to power outage caused by snow storm the night before. I offered to pay but he insisted this is on the house.

jessica is absolutely horrible. everytime i come in and order she has the most disgusting attitude and rolled her eyes at me when i asked for a half piece of a baguette. seem to me like she literally hates her job its absolutely horrible

Ordered a bagel latte and reason all they had to was toast the bagel and make the drink I waited about 10 minutes for my order for them to serve me hot whole milk and I had to ask for my crasont. After I asked them to remake my drink it took them another 15 minute I had to wait in a line and remind them AGAIN. Rather then supporting her employee at the front the manager kept barking at the employee for messing up orders when she clearly didn’t know how to do her job, at the end of the day that’s the managers fault not the employee, truly disgusted and disappointed in the service here will only go to the Panera in Derry now

Ordered a $17.00 FULL SIZE Asian sesame chicken salad from DoorDash. Granted I asked for no chicken but they couldn’t just add more lettuce? This is the most pathetic salad I’ve ever seen. This looks more like a half sized salad. They are really skimping on portion sizes. Ridiculous

The waitresses are always picking fights with customers, the last two times I’m here a waitress was fighting with a customer. I’m not surprised it’s Manchester after all.Management should look at the people they hire because if the waitresses are this disgruntled , it wouldn’t surprise me if they mess with customers food.I won’t be returning to the Manchester, to chaotic.

The regular size hot cafe latte was made just right, and is consistently made that way each visit. The atmosphere was festive, alive, and inviting, the only slight draw back was I was there at an extremely busy time, and so the wait was about 4 to 5 minutes. But still, more than worth it for a latte of this caliber. Recommend this place to both my family and friends!
