I only wish I could put a minus 5 star..Not for the food I never got even though my card was charged .But for the lack of unprofessionalism on the phone by the " manager" how do you honestly expect to stay in business when you hang up on people and try to bully them ??DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!ORDER FROM THE GOOD PIZZA EXPRESS ON MAPLE & VALLEY THEY TREAT THIER CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT AND THIER FOOD IS DELICIOUS!!

We used to order here all the time, we decided to get a pizza and two calzones the other day, my wife me and both the kids ended up sick with stomach bugs from the food. Will never order from here again.

I eat out a tremendous amount, but sometimes it's nice to stay in and get a delicious sandwich or pizza. This place is basically a goto for anyone in the area. Their prices are more than fair and the owner himself Michael is usually in the restaurant. Literally the nicest most genuine guy you could meet. He will go out of his way like a savage to make a guest/customer happy. He's creative in his own unique pies that he made up himself. Nothing that comes out of that restaurant is sub-par. If for whatever reason the food shows up late due to driver issues he more than makes up for it in his amazing service.

We do pizza on Friday's and Pizza Express use to be our place to go! Within the last month everytime we call, it goes to a "this call can not be completely as dialed..." message. After this happened twice, we drove by and to our surprise they were open, so we ordered in house. The manager explained that someone must have bumped the phone off the hook. Well this has happened several time since. Every time we have to go into the establishment, order, then wait in the car for 30mins+. The manager uses the same excuses everytime. We use to leave a decent tip until we found out tips go strictly to management and aren't split among the employees. Totally disappointed in these new negative customer service fails! I do not recommend wasting your time here!

Answers asked what I want then hangs up happemed three times then give you attitude when you ask them why they're doing it. Would never recommend.
