I was there today; getting some pie for the Celtics game. The people there were friendly and had good hygiene. The outside was well kept and the inside was clean. I bought two pizzas. A large meat lovers and the new Edge Pizza. Both were fantastic and well made. They're not cheap; but you get what you pay for. This particular store is a carry out and delivery only. They do have a pick-up window. You won't regret coming here. The pie's were right on the money.

Today was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut. Noticed that I ordered 30 minutes ago and they had not even started working on my order. I decide to call and ask if it would be easier if I pick it up. We still like Pizza Hut pizza, and their new Detroit Style that we had last night was pretty good. This review is more about their delivery business. Since this new location only does delivery or pickup (no inside dining), this is probably half their business. This new location has no customer parking and is drive-through only, so if someone in front of you is early, you may wait a bit to move up in line. If you're early, you have to either wait in line, which I won't do if someone is behind me, or drive out of line and go around the one-way streets to get back in later, hoping the pizza is ready. So delivery is the only way to do it. They now charge a $3.99 delivery fee, above any tip you might give to the driver. And there's a $14.98 minimum order for delivery, which you don't find out until after you put your order together. So for the two of us, a $12.99 pizza (plus $5 tip) turned into $31 with fee, tax, tip, and the side I had to order to get above the minimum. They now only deliver after 7:00. I hope this is temporary due to labor shortages everywhere, but that's late for us. We were running late yesterday, so 7:00 would have been fine if you could order online before 7, but their website doesn't let you do that. They let you go through all the motions to order, even letting you set it up for a "future time", but then won't let you pay at the very end. I was 10 minutes early, had already gone through the order process, so I just waited until 7:00:00 to hit "Submit". Anyway, we were hungry and didn't want to go through another order process, so I went through the hoops and expense last night. I won't likely do so again.

My pizza crust was so thin that even though the pizza was not burnt it was hard as a rock immediately after purchase. It was hot and hard. Definitely dissapointed.

The pizza is not what it use to be. The orginal pan pizza crust was like a regular crust. I ordered a large supreme the dough was not cooked through and it was warm not hot very dissapointed in Pizza Hut quality
I ordered three pizzas and they were done within the 10-20 minute time limit. The pizza was hot and all the sauces I ordered were in the bag. The cashier made sure. I paid ahead of time and it took only 5 minutes to get the food and sign the receipt. Food was great, service was excellent and Pizza was delicious!!

These people never can deliver food. They have an excuse for every day of the week I swear. We have called them at poker night for 3 weeks straight and every single time they say they can’t deliver food and there’s a new reason why. I really have to order dominos at that point... not good. Do these people get paid to not make food all day?

I ordered a small personal pan cheese pizza and mozzarella sticks comes with marinara sauce. I got a personal pan pepperoni pizza and no marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Check your order before you go home so you get what you ordered.

We got the veggies lover's with cheese stuffed crust with butter and garlic on the crust also. It was quite tasty but very expensive. It's delicious but be prepared to spend a lot of money. I tried to find coupons and deals but I was not successful. It was sinfully delicious! Back to KETO!

I have attempted to order from this location seven times on door dash and another four times on GrubHub each time the restaurant is marked as open you place your order and within 15 minutes the restaurant canceled the order then they go off-line wait a few minutes and then proceed to be shown again as accepting orders. It literally does not matter what time you place the order tonight I placed the order twice 4 hours before the restaurant is supposed to close and once again I have had every single order canceled. What kind of business is this?
