I was going to give a second star because they were kind enough to refund my money at once when I called for their mixup, but due to the quality of their food I have to keep it at one star. I ordered 2 bowls today online, and they were very different. I received 2 of the exact same order, and couldn't even touch what I got because it could have sent me to the hospital. I am very allergic to mango. I can be around it, but cannot consume it at all. My bowl was FULL of mango. I got the wrong proteins, sauces, toppings, just everything, and it's lucky the mango was very visible or I would be contacting my attorney from the ER. My fiancée has no such allergy and was able to eat some of his, but he didn't even finish because he said it was TERRIBLE. Overcooked shrimp, UNDERCOOKED, crunchy rice (a cardinal SIN), disproportionate amounts of toppings (drowning in edamame, barely any shrimp) and some toppings like red onion he DID NOT ORDER, and either missing a sauce or seriously lacking it. We ate here awhile ago, like over a year, and it was much better but still mids. Complete downhill slide, super disappointed and will not be returning.

Love this place but lately they’ve been very skimpy on the toppings, not a fan of paying 20 dollars for a bowl of rice. The food is always fresh and delicious, but the workers need to make sure they are giving an adequate amount of toppings.

Ordered out through their site (via Toast) and the food was awesome. A new fave for sure.Vegetarian options: Tofu option, or go all-toppings for vegetarian. Pescatarian A+.Dietary restrictions: Easy to avoid things you don't eat, but I would love to see allergen notes on the sauces.

I hate removing a star but at today's visit, I got my usual bowel with salmon and octopus, the latter being chewy to the point of inedible. I'd much rather call them directly and let them know but since they don't seem to have a phone number, I need to make a public post.

After multiple visits, I can write, with confidence, that the food is fantastic with generous portions! The staff are always very friendly. I've only had one issue, today in fact, where the octopus was extremely chewy, pretty much inedible. I've gotten the octopus and salmon every time and this is my first unpleasant experience. If they actually had a phone number, I'd call just to let them know.
