The food is great, and prices are typical for Tex Mex restaurants. It’s always been clean and waitstaff is always courteous and knowledgeable about items on the menu. Large selection on the menu to choose from.

I got raw chicken then I called to tell them I wasn’t mad didn’t ask for a refund they were very nice told me they would send me gift cards and never did I had been a customer for years needless to say I will never go back

Have been here many times in the past, but service this time sucked. Food was good as usual but when our server Carol bypassed us about 15 times get everything they want without even checking on us one time. It was actually comical the way she wouldn't even look our way as she is rushing to refill their drinks and chips. Probably won't be back. Sad

At the beginning of covid, things were rocky. Lots of missing items at curbside pickup...wrong options...etc. They made good on a big screw up and the last few times we've gone, orders have been quick and correct. Glad they've worked out a lot of the problems, just wish they were open earlier on weekdays for lunch.

I gave up eating at this location for about a year as they got my takeout orders wrong several times, and it's due to allergies. I'm not talking once or twice. 6 different times! I gave it another shot tonight, and they got it wrong again. Bummer!

I've been coming here for years now and this place never disappoints. I just got back from picking up takeout (during the pandemic) on Cinco De Mayo and the staff was working hard, zooming in and out, delivering to people's cars. I waited for a while, about 20 mins, but was in NO rush and understood I'd probably be waiting for a bit. During this wait, I was graced by the presence of 2 extremely rude customers yelling at them every time a staff member walked in or out of the door. They were complaining about the wait, which normally I would have a little more understanding of. However, this was their first day open for takeout during the pandemic on ONE of their busiest, if not THE busiest day of the year for them. The staff handled these rude women very well and kept calm. They were clearly working diligently to prepare their orders. Anyway, always delicious food here. The espincaca never fails me! :) Thank you for being open and stay safe!
Tried ordering four times online and the order was not accepted by the restaurant. Also attempted to call over 60 times! We were in the parking lot for nearly an hour. Very unorganized. Went to get a 900 Neapolitan pizza instead!

I come to shortys all the time. It is so good. ALWAYS GET THE ESPINACA. It is the only reason I go. Sometimes, the service sucks (actually the worst) but espinaca has my heart so no matter what ill always be back. Sad to say that but you can't get espinaca anywhere else like this.

My colleague and I stopped here while traveling to NH for a conference. We both craved Mexican food, and she's gluten free, so it was a good choice. We were NOT disappointed. The atmosphere is funky and cool and we loved it. We were seated quickly (though we did call ahead). The chips and salsa were excellent, the house margaritas delicious and the waitress, Holly, was knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us excellent recommendations. My colleague had fish tacos and cilantro rice, both of which she enjoyed. I had the Hawaii Five-O quesadilla and it was so flavorful and delicious and massive. We shared the house guac which was also amazing. A live musician was playing, which happens every Thursday. He was excellent. Would definitely recommend and will be back next time I visit the Manchester/Concord area.

Came here last night with my mom. It was rather crowded but we got seated relatively quickly. Waitress was a little slow and it took 40 minutes to get our food. I loved my order (coconut chicken), the chicken was fried perfect and the batter was really crispy. The mango on the rice really adds to the dish too. My mom got the special Reuben enchiladas and didn't like them but she ate my dish and loved it as well! Waitress took off the enchiladas for my mom which was very nice of her to do. Overall a good restaurant lots of options and I love the neon light atmosphere!

The only reason this gets any stars is because our waiter was very polite and efficient. The food was terrible. We live in AZ and we're back east visiting family. Words can't even describe how bland, boring and soggy the food was. I tried my daughter's chicken fingers and they were absolutely soggy. My fajita salad was lettuce with some rubber steak. Just lousy.
