Used to be the best Starbucks on the east coast, but I went to order my coffee frapp 6coffee roast 6 coffee base with no milk and they refused to place or make my order because it needs milk. I told them I want a coffee with ice blended and they gave me a cup of foam. Don't come here if your Lactose intolerant. Go to the Starbucks in Pembroke target if your looking for the best

i hate to be negative as i know they’re always busy, but this is genuinely one of the worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. they CONSTANTLY get my order wrong. and it’s not even a small mistake, they consistently give me something i don’t even ask for every single time. they’re also rude when you ask them to fix it. i’m paying for something, i should get it how i paid for. ridiculous and i’m never going back.

Got my daughter a dragonfruit refresher I believe it was called & 3 cake pops. 2 "birthday cake" & 1 "cookies & cream". Delicious! I did not try the birthday cake one but the cookies and cream one was for me and it was very yummy. If you don't know what a cake pop is it's basically the shape of a lollipop with cake inside and usually a coating of hard frosting on the outside. The birthday cake one had a hard pink frosting and the inside looked to be of a light color and I'm sure it tasted like a birthday cake ( I didn't taste it). My cookies and cream one had a hard white frosting on the outside, what looked like dark brown powder on top and on the inside was a very moist chocolate cake. It was very yummy! I would definitely buy it again!!

This place is in such disarray. They can't complete one order at a time. They put up one item, then another. And don't even put the items on the counter in the correct location by alphabet, which makes you have to look at every item on the counter.

Fruit flies in the desert cabinet. I told them there are fruit flies and he said we don't use those they are only for display. That says a lot about their cleanliness and how much they care.

just wanted to say that the Starbucks on s willow has an employee named Damien That is by far the kindest young man I have even met especially in a fast food place. Absolutely amazing! ThAnk u Damien for all your help. Usually s willow sucks but this young man was so kind and made me what to come back. He is the only reason I am giving 4 stars ⭐️ or I would have giving 1 ⭐️ Star because everytimr I go there they r always out of a lot of things so I always well most of the time end up leaving and going to the Bedford one cuz they never run out of half there menu like Manchester does and not to mention the employees most of them r rude and give attitude or u can tell just simply don’t wNt to be there . BUT THID YOUNG MAN DAMIEN (I think that’s how he spelled it) WAS SO KIND AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY , and Zi truly appreciate that. HE IS THE ONLY REASON I GO TO THERE CUZ IS S GREAT EMPLOYEE!!!! Thank u damien. So much!!!
