If you’re lactose intolerant/allergic like I am, don’t expect to be served a sweet treat. I’m so disappointed, my ice cream looked like it was mixed with water and absolutely no sugar. It was bitter, only consumable by the chocolate chips inside it, and yet I threw out half of it because it had no flavor. Shaved ice would’ve tasted better than that. Don’t call it lactose free cream if it’s nothing like the original cream you offer.Dietary restrictions: Lactose free cream tastes horrible. It’ll make your ice cream bitter. Do not spend the 10$ for that.

Very disappointed in this place. The lack of acknowledgement and comprehension of the employees were ridiculous. I literately had to ask if I can place an order after standing in line over 15mins. My son ordered a mango bubble tea and it tasted rancid. My husband ordered the chocolate dipped waffle bowl with the strawberry icecream who had topping in it like chocolate chips and m&ms which they had a picture of as advertising. He got nothing but the waffle bowl and strawberry ice cream, we had to ask for the toppings.I ordered an Açaí tropical bowl regular sized. I got a small size with 4 pieces of mangoes 4 strawberries from the packaged sauce one, sprinkles of honey and a few granola clumps. For almost $9! And since I’m not exaggerating here’s a picture of the açaí bowl I got. It wasn’t a BOWL it was a CUP! As you can see, it didn’t even make it to the top!

Fascinating concept! They make the ice cream right in front of you with liquid nitrogen flowing into a metal bowl. Any combo of ingredients you can imagine and delicious!

Sub zero has been a part of our last day of summer camp for 4 years and the kids love it! The experience is always filled with knowledge and delicious ice cream.

I walked in expecting just ice cream in a cone and was so impressed by all the different flavors and mix ins. Staff was super patient and friendly with me!

Had a taste at Granite Con & have been going back ever since for more. Favorite ice cream shop in Manchester, hands down.

Sub Zero came to do a presentation for my students and it was a huge hit! The students were completely engaged when learning about the process of Nitrogen in ice cream. Rita was friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. And of course, the ice cream tasted delicious too! Overall, I’d highly recommend it!

The ice cream was great! What dragged this review down was the staff. They were more interested in being outside smoking on the sidewalk when there were no customers. When my wife and I went in the staff was not friendly, at all. You could tell they didn't want to be there. It's too bad because with the right staff the place could easily get 5 stars.

Sign on door and website said closed at 9:30, we rushed to get here before then. We arrived at 9:15 and the shop was locked and the employees ignored us and were cleaning.

The ice cream was alright but the service here was AWFUL. I followed a young couple in, and they placed their order, then the lady who took their order looked right at me and left to do menial tasks. So I stood there for several minutes waiting while way too many workers just ignored me. The cherry on this sunday was some weird lady was standing at the register just staring out like she had just came back from war. We made eye contact several times, yet not a word spoken. FINALLY after perhaps ten minutes, a nice young man asked if anyone took my order, to which I responded no(loud enough for everyone to hear). He did a good job and the ice cream was mediocrely yummy. I do not fully recommend this establishment, if respectful service means anything to you.

they do school/homeschool instore demonstartions, they do a handful of experiments then the kids get to have their individual ice creams made, it was a super fun and educational yet yummy time, i think we were there an hour total for demostration and for 21 kids to get their ice creams. Definitely call and set it up, Rita will accomodate you and your group! Definitely check this place our, a pretty cool new thing! the kids enjoyed the flavor of the ice cream too! There's on street parking, but there is a park within walking distance by the library to go after, so you can make an afternoon out of it.
