On 2 separate occasions, we have ordered online for four footlong grinders & would pick them up @ Subway, on 20 South Main St. Manchester NH (store #47672-0).The 1st time that our subs were "screwed up" by the guy (server# 999997), my son said "don't say anything mom", so I didn't....This second time when we went and picked up the subs, I saw that it was the same guy that had made our previous subs. Well we didn't open them till we got home and found that he, yet again (his 2nd time) had 100% messed them up AGAIN! At this point, I was upset, so I walked back to have them re-made. I told him what was wrong w/them and with his BARE HANDS touched each of the opened subs, and said "what more do you want on them?". This was so totally DISCUSTING!!!!! I let him know that #1, he needed to wash his hands, #2 Put GLOVES on & #3 REMAKE the subs! All in all, the whole experience was just horrible but I think that the worst of it was the fact that he was so EXTREMELY rude to me which made me feel like I had no value as a paying customer!

Got a sub from here got home the whole bun was burnt I asked for light banana peppers they filled it with banana peppers called them back and the person that made it answered and said that she did why serve it if it was burnt like come on and your the assistant manager you shouldn't even have a job after that I will never return to this location.
