My family and I love Texas Roadhouse. We eat here at least once per week. That said, the food quality is extremely inconsistent. I ordered a 6oz sirloin for my son last week and received a little over 4oz of meat. I hate to complain, but that’s not enough for a growing boy. I spoke to a manager who was extremely accommodating and provided us with a gift certificate as a form of apology. We ordered him a 6oz filet today and, once again received a steak that’s barely larger than 4oz. Again, I love this place, but the quality that comes out of the kitchen is entirely too variable recently.

Half slab of ribs with 2 sides was $16.95 a couple of weeks ago. Today the price is $19.95 But great ribs!

Birthday celebration for my daughter and granddaughter. Sabrina was our server and was excellent as was the food as always steaks all around except for the smothered chicken my daughter had. Desserts were delicious. A little disappointed in the bagged peanuts a bit stale. My steak was 4 star not 5 that I got used to in the past but our server was very engaging and made the night.Another great night at Texas Roadhouse our server Kenna was excellent food was excellent delicious Margaritas we descended on them with 13 people and were well taken care of. Love their martini.
