Let’s start with the good: phenomenal waitressing with top notch professionalism. Unfortunately, that’s where the TGI Fridays experience ends. I had the whiskey burger while my fiancé had their new steak & cheese sandwich (we also had two orders of their truffle tots which were a favorite of ours). Our selected service was mid-afternoon around 3pm (give or take). Fast forwarding to the evening, my fiancé started letting me (a nurse with a long history of working in healthcare and two bachelors degrees in nutrition and health food services as well as a masters not to mention having worked for restaurants in the past), know that she was experiencing some symptoms of stomach pain and nausea. Her symptoms would only worsen throughout the night and most of today (April 10th of 2024) with the wonderful added bonus of a fever. I called the restaurant, which is located in Manchester, and after a series of calls, was told that her fever did not align with food poisoning, which she so-clearly was displaying, based on my professional diagnosis, and she most likely, per what the restaurant was telling me, was nothing more than a stomach bug of some sort. Unfortunately, a fever is quite clearly, a textbook symptom of food poisoning, something I personally have experienced myself in the past. Baffled by this outrageous remark, I explained a little bit of my background with this knowledge (again, my degrees showcase my vast array of healthcare and nutrition comprehensions) and she quickly apologized that my fiancé is going through this. I cannot, in good-faith, recommend this place. Steer far and clear but if you must get your TGI Fridays fix, use wise and sound judgment.

So this is the AL pastor bowl I got last night. This bowl was 16$ DO you SEE this!?!? I was so beyond disappointed it’s not even funny. I ordered my food thru UberEats, my delivery driver was great. It was the food that was mind blowing! ? I also ordered a kids chicken tender meal, I asked for bbq sauce on the side they put it on the 3 tenders. I ordered 2 “slushies” y’all should see what I got! I literally got 2 drinks with mad ice cubes in them?! Idk what happened last night at this restaurant but y’all forever LOST 2 customers because this is the 2’nd time ordering from y’all with this much dissatisfaction & disappointment!I got a response back saying you can’t respond to anonymous, my name is Krystal. I ordered last night off UberEats order was under Reina Kay, or Kay! It was around 5pm last night give or take!

Sat down and waited for drinks for 20 minutes, which was a coke and a water. We got chips and salsa 20 minutes later and then waited almost 90 minutes for our food. The restaurant had 10 people in it; including my girlfriend and I. Food was extremely under par and not even cooked correctly. My medium burger was the color of asphalt. $47 before a tip for 2 burgers and chips/salsa with drinks that were from 1000 years ago is insulting tbh.
Pleasant but unremarkable restaurant. They are generic, but in a relaxed way. No real flaws, they just aren't notable. That isn't the goal though. What they want to be is a safe place to eat for a lot of demographics. If you don't have many dietary restrictions, they are.

There is something comforting about having lunch at a TGI Fridays. I got my favorite whisky chicken strips and they were as good as I always remember them to be. I go there when I'm craving them and am happy to report that they are consistently delicious! My table was also visited by the new manager, Shelby, who was so attentive to all customers who came in the door. She checked on my food and wanted to know if there was anything she could do to make my experience better! We will be back!
Soup, salad & breadsticks or appetizers for the table...all go great with a delicious Fridays cocktail! Highly enjoying all the various activities the Manchester location has been holding - craft vendors, trivia, and puzzle tourneys! Great options for date night or girls night!
