They have left out key ingredients..forgot duck sauce ..and chicken pad Thai..is supposed to be sweet .. I got extra salty and spice.. they didn't care to correct the dish.. they have gone down hill since covid..my girlfriend is chinese and this was decent American chinese..but no longer supporting them
Went to Hong Kong City for New Years. Got a Pu Pu Platter for 2. It was fantastic. Food was hot and fresh. The boneless spare ribs were very meaty and not mostly fat like I used to get at my old Chinese Restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the prices were good. I can't stress how good everything was. This is my Chinese Restaurant now. I used to go to Heng Won but not anymore.

Dont even look at their online menu and go off those prices. After ordering, my total should have been $30.51 plus delivery fee if there is one. They do not even tell you the total when you order on the phone. They say the time and hang up. They get here and its over $47! I say something and all they say it oh thats the old prices old menu blah blah blah. like why not update it? they were not very professional

This place used to be good now when you order here they give you watch food the prices went way up there pork fried rice is completely steel and instead of telling me on the phone that it was gonna cost me three dollars more for chosen the same appetizer on the D 18 I would’ve never minded but they did not tell me that until I got there in the man was so rude he took back to sweet-and-sour sauce on me and that’s the whole reason why I ordered here

My family and I have been ordering from Hong Kong City for over a decade. This is a family owned restaurant where the food is always good and consistent. I can’t think of a single time that I was disappointed with the quality of the food.That being said, if you’re hoping for a cozy sit-down dinner experience, this isn’t it. There are a few booths, but the focus of this restaurant is definitely take-out. So, if you’re looking for good quality, American-Chinese take-out, this is the place you should call.
