I see the menu has been updated to include tasty new options. My son and I were craving some food and a smoothy from here - too bad the employees have no inhibition about walking out of the bathroom and cracking jokes about how they feel they "lost 20lbs sitting on the toilet" and going back and forth about "that nasty stomach bug that's going around". They went on about it as though my 7-year-old and I would find it hilarious, or as though we weren't even standing there. The nearest location besides this one is concord, so we ended up just going home and having a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

I was very unhappy with my Uber eats delivery today. I ordered 3 smoothies, 2 breakfast burritos, a sandwich w/ side and 2 edible strawberry straws. 1 smoothie was missing almost 1/4 of the drink and the turkey bacon ranch sandwich was very thinly made (based on eat in orders previously experienced) and the harvest cos that was chosen for the side was not sent with the order. Generally I have always been satisfied and pleased with service here. Thus was not a pleasant experience after delivery time was quoted prior to placing order as 15 to 25 minutes. After order placed delivery time was 30 minutes but stated could arrive up to almost an hour.

This places is a joke they are overpriced and managed by immature people long wait time when nobody's even in there and poor customer service I would recommend spending your money elsewhere... Even the smoothie place in the mall is better don't waste your

I love it here. Food is great, smoothies are worth the price. I've come here a lot and they never disappoint.
Kid at the counter was awesome. Wish I remembered his name. Food never disappoints. This location, in particular, has really awesome, friendly staff.

Tropical Smoothie on South Willow Street are amazing!! 1 day my fiance ordered the peanut butter Flatbread & 2 smoothies ( I didn't want the flatbread) . Well some1 used old bananas so I called them & told the manager & she told us to come back & she'd make 2 just for the inconvenience even though I kept telling her she didn't have too. I get there, she literally made 2. But those 2 Flatbreads were amazing ?. She's very sweet & understanding. And we got these notes on another occasion, mine was at work & my fiance was at home. So 2 different orders & 2 different orders that have quotes on them or just say have a great day! Any1 writing that on cups to customers gets a 5 star review in my books. That means they care about their regulars lol

The place is amazing eats but the fact that management only has two people working walk inns and online orders on a Saturday is pretty unprofessional. Props to the two people working Saturday July 1st. Around 330pm . Sincerely restaurant life people
