I'm thinking most of the bad reviews here are meant for one of the other 2 locations. Both Milford and Manchester are TERRIBLE,! We happily take the longer ride to Merrimack a couple of times a month for this Giorgio's, owned by a different family member than the other 2 locations, so we've been told by said locations when we asked why the menus are different. This location is AMAZING and being 8 1/2 years Paleo, grains, vegetable/ seed oils and a couple of other standard items aren't part of my regular diet. I have zero worries when I dine here because their grilled romaine salad is completely clean (pure olive used to make dressings) and ridiculously delicious! I also enjoy the antipasto but prefer staying away from cold cuts. They make my husband's second favorite eggplant parm (second only to my homemade parm but a close second) with their homemade pasta and generous servings. Brought some tiramisu home for my daughter, couldn't resist a taste and having grown up in the "Valley" of Methuen, I can say with confidence that you'll NEVER have a more authentic, incredible tiramisu... light and creamy with actual ladyfingers! Better than any Italian bakery from the valley down to Boston! Staff's wonderful! The only thing I'd change is the music played in the dining room. Not terrible but not traditional which would make the experience even more enjoyable.

Went with my family and it was disappointing from beginning to end! Made reservation and was seated right away. We waited for 15 minutes to be acknowledged only to have to wait another 15 minutes for first round of drinks. We decided to cut out appetizers due to the excessive wait already. It was obvious my martini along with another mixed drink because of the settling of the drinks. We ordered and our entrees were brought out excessively fast. Normally that is not a bad thing but the pasta was overcooked and mushy. Won't be going back! This is the second time that service was below par. Train your servers and do better! Don't waste your money or your time going to this location!!

It was such a pleasure to happen to stop here. We had no idea how pleased we would be. We dine out often sometimes several times a week. This was by far THE BEST experience we have had in years!!! From the greeting at the door to the exquisite atmosphere, the service and of course the food! All surpassed our expectations. Our waitress Pauline was experienced, polished and knowledgeable. Her suggestions and information about the menu were insightful and therefore helpful. We had stopped for a quick lunch but long to come back. The restaurant has a lovely small bar and an interesting drink menu we look forward to experience one day. We had the ElGrecco salad w/shrimp and an Italian sandwich that was magical in flavor!I would give you 20 ? stars if I could. The menu is wonderful with the perfect blend of Greek and Italian flavors!

So disappointingDecided to give this place a try tonight and wow was I let down. Place was packed and extremely loud, sat down at the bat and had to wait for it to get cleared. Ordered the cranberry margherita and pita and hummus to start. I got the margarita and it was completely inedible, I mean it was DISGUSTING tasted like salt water that's the only thing I could think of, out side of the glass was covered in salt. After that the bartender ignored me for another 25 minutes till my pita and hummus came out. He took the drink back, I was too scared to order anything else so I stuck with water. Hummus and pita was good. Bartender didn't come back for almost another 25 minutes, against my better judgement I ordered a entire. Got the Italian feast after seeing it on the website and wow! Biggest let down ever. Came out in like 10 minutes which was weird compared to the appetizer. The chicken parm was the only part of the meal that was hot. The meatballs were 1/3 of the size compared to the photo and I only got one sausage, the outside of the plate was covered in sauce and felt dirty. I would of sent it back if I hadn't already done that with the drink.Bottom line seems like not enough employees to maintain a basic level of quality service. Why did a basic app take 25 minutes while the complex dinner comes out in 10 but was still cold???

I made a reservation and when my family and I arrived, they did not have any table available for us. We waited over 30 minutes for a table and when we inquired with the hostess, we were told they were waiting for people to leave. They should have had a table set aside for us. If they don't go or reservations, then they shouldn't take them. Very disappointed. We are still waiting.

GIORGIO’S IS ALWAYS A WIN!!!I can’t say enough about the Food, Staff, and Especially the Drinks. Seasonal Sangria is always refreshing, and the Walnut Manhattan ? Homemade Manicotti, gnocchi, cheese ravioli, and the Fra Diavolo was all Spot on.

Very good "neighborhood eatery" with food that is always great. Wife had CBZ + wine, I had Seafood Florentine after the house salad, and an IPA.Very good food, good portions. Service was good and fast.My only 'nit is the "white anchiovies" in the Caesar salad. Not the real thing!!

We have been going to Giorgio's for several years now. Once or twice in Manchester, but mostly in Milford. We haven't been to Milford in over a year now because the food and service is hit or miss and our last experience was really awful. But when the food is good, it is really good, so we decided to give this location a go tonight. This was our first time at the Merrimack location and after tonight, we will definitely be back. The main reason I am writing this review, however, is because I was super impressed by our server, Dallas. When we went to Milford, the servers always knew next to nothing about wine and only a few of the bartenders are knowledgeable. So I didn't expect Dallas to be able to give me a good recommendation. But he sure surprised me. He isn't old enough to drink here in the US, but he understands wine, such as whether or not my dish would do better with a dry wine or not, and his recommendation was on point. We will take the extra drive to visit this Giorgio's from now on and I hope Dallas sticks around for a while, because I will probably be asking for him in the future. It's so hard to find a server who understands wine pairings here in NH.

My wife and I were excited to try a new-to-us Italian restaurant. However, that excitement went away once the food came. My wife ordered the chicken, broccoli, and ziti. It had zero flavor. The one My wife makes at home blows this dish away. I ordered the Italian Feast, which is cheese ravioli, meatballs, chicken parmesan, sausage, and tomato sauce. The sauce tasted like it came from a jar and the raviolis tasted like they were previously frozen. The chicken was dry, but the meatballs and sausage were okay. All in all, we're probably not going back. Oh, and the dishes were highly overpriced.
