Sitting at the bar waited over a half hr to order anything They are in need of happy, experienced waitstaff. My friends had to order food from to go and have it delivered to there table Sad Food was ok And cold

Been coming here a while and wanted to share my personal experience. Ordered a combo dinner and when I got home i saw they gave me the wrong food. Upset, i angrily call them and tell them. They were super nice about it and actually replaced not only the missinf items but the entire meal. We all make mistakes sometimes but its about how we respond to them that matter. They have definitely gained a lifelong customer. Also side note, the food is GREAT.

I come here a lot and the staff at the front of the restaurant are extremely nice and the food is great and take less then 5 minutes to come out overall I just love this place. I recommend you come here.

I've never tasted prison food but suspect it isn't much different from the food here. The meat dishes were dressed in slimy sweet sauces that left one dish indistinguishable from the other. The chicken fingers were batter fingers. I might have been a bit more understanding if there was a rush of customers but this was not the case. The food reminded me of cafeteria food in grade school where "pizza" was an English muffin with American cheese and tomato sauce. At least this ersatz food was the result of budgetary restrictions. Not sure what Jade Dragon's excuse is.

Jade dragon food has greatly improved! We took about a 6 month hiatus from ordering here while we tried other local restaurants for our weekly Sunday meal. After reading recent reviews of other positive experiences we gave it another shot and we're so glad we did! They changed their menu slightly - but we've now enjoyed both take out and dine in within the past month. This time I got the General Gaus combo and my husband got the Cashew Chicken combo. The portions are still huge! We each got 3 meals out of our order.

Once upon a time I loved this place because I lived in MERRIMACK and also worked in MERRIMACK for 20 plus years. I knew everyone and it was fun yet comfortable and welcoming. Cheers (where everyone knows you're name). Then stuff happened and I was not so much welcome. Lol. That has nothing to do with the actual establishment but the people who hung out there but that was a long time ago. It still has the same bar they have entertainment on the weekends or DJ or karaoke and it says fun as you wanted to be or you decide to be That's all up to you.
This place is disgusting both in terms of the overall quality of the food, and cleanliness of the place. There was a time this place was amazing but that was long ago. The place now smells like a sewer, makes Chinese food so bad that I guarantee I could make anything they make 10x better and I’m not a particularly good cook, and the place is infested with bugs etc. how they’re still open and not closed down by a health inspector is a mystery to me wouldn’t be surprised if there’s something fishy going on in that aspect.

I was looking for a new place for Chinese food as my usual closed. Reading the reviews, I was hesitant to go there but I did order 3 things to try on Monday. Today is Wednesday and I just ordered 7 things to go. The food both times was amazing. My family loved it. I found my new place. My order was ready right when I was told it would be. It was fresh and hot. The people that took my order were very nice and friendly. They knew my name when I gave them my number. That was great. I'm telling you all to do as I did and ignore the bad reviews and go eat here and enjoy. This is my new place, hopefully for many years. Thank you Jade Dragon for an awesome dinner.Rick
