Haven’t had Papa Gino’s in years and the foot long hot do was just as great as I remember! The manager was very nice and personable. Would highly recommend

Ordered take out at 13:59, arrived at the store at 14:20ish said it wasn’t ready so I paid and waited, they said they would call when it was ready. Sat there for 20min no one called my name and finally I noticed a bag sitting in the window so I went to check and lo and behold it was my order sitting the for unknown amount of time. Store was empty minus one table that was leaving when I was waiting. Came home to find no gravy with the two thanksgiving subs and as you can see by the photos the back is falling out and the sub looks to be a mess. Had 5 employees working in the back and all they were doing was blabbing away about random stuff not work related. Not happy with the customer service or product.

Super helpful and excellent customer service. Despite an error that was totally my fault, nothing they did at all, they really helped me out. The gentleman at the counter rushed & had my order made in minutes. He went out of his way to help me, and the rest of the staff did too as well. Love love love Papa Gino’s in Merrimack.

I paid $50 for a BLT pocket that literally only had bacon on it, 2 hot dogs that tasted like last week's trash. I am highly disappointed and disgusted .
