It's a very cute quaint place in a small plaza. The server was very pleasant. The menu has a nice variety. My daughter had a shrimp pasta dish which she enjoyed. She said it was cooked nicely and It had homemade pappardelle which were very good. I ordered scallops which were noted as fried. Not something I would usually order, but I wanted seafood. Sadly they missed the mark. The outside was way overdone and the inside was cold and undercooked. I did eat a couple, but decided to not chance the rest. A mistake on my part, but I didn't send back or complain as we were in a time crunch. Not sure if I would go back? Maybe I chose the wrong item, but for the price, they should have been perfect.

The chicken parm here is horrible. Thur don't pound the chicken and hardly use any red sauce. Pasta is not homemade, either. Prices are too high for what you get! I'll stay away from this strip mall store.

It's just ok. I got the chicken parm which, if you mess that up you should probably close your doors. We also got the pasta with vodka sauce which I thought was absolutely disgusting. It was like eating out of an ashtray- it tasted way too smoky and not pleasant at all. Atmosphere is nice bordering on a little cheesy. Service was ok- nothing great, but not terrible either. It was a one-and-done for me.

My kids and I love Portofino. We are in Manchester every couple of months and always make it a point to dine there when we visit. Great staff, inviting atmosphere and delicious food. I'm partial to the Chicken Cacciatore myself. It's a great Italian restaurant that's great for both families and dates.

Having lived in downtown Boston for several years, I can say this place turns out great, reliable Italian meals that we've never had an issue with. Whether you go for the lobster ravioli, the butternut squash ravioli, the veal Parm, or even the fried mozzarella triangles, we've always left happy. And if you didn't save room for dessert, consider getting it to go for later.

I don't know how this place has a 4.5 star rating I would give it a 2 out of 5. The food is average. Way way overpriced. Go to Tomahawk's next door.

Awesome restaurant and really friendly owners. I appreciate that they make an effort to keep their prices reasonable, given that many other restaurants aren’t doing that right now.

A friend gave us a gift card to Portofinos and we had the opportunity to go yesterday for my birthday. I can’t tell you how surprised I was in how absolutely delicious everything was. We had the harvest sangria with eggplant caprese. Our entree was chicken parmigiana and a dish my wife had call Laguna. Both were incredible. We were both so happy to have the chance to go to this wonderful restaurant.
