Honestly the food is no better than frozen microwaved food from Market Basket. I cannot see any reason to ever order this food again. It is so sub par. It is all literally heat and eat with few fresh ingredients.

The prices? the food? the service ?!The place was phenomenal. Went with my wife and baby daughter and we had a great meal and left very satisfied. From the server to the manager checking in, everyone was great and very thoughtful and welcoming . We had a pleasant experience and will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you Applebees for the great experience.

Ordered to go with pickup inside. Staff was friendly and checked on the order even though I was early. All of my food was hot and very tasty. I was very happy that the boneless wings I got were crispy and full of flavor I had the garlic parm boneless wings. I also had the cheese curds. I do think the curds were done before the wings so they sat for a min in the container so not as crispy but crisped up in my air fryer for a min. And ended up tasting amazing! Def due to having take out I bet they are even better at the restaurant. All of my utensils and straw were in the to go bag.

It's becoming difficult to justify dining here. The food quality has sharply declined over our last few visits. The fish and chips was soggy, doughy, and tasteless. The drinks were poured so light we wondered at first if there was alcohol in them. A year ago it was hard to get a table on Friday evening, this time it was less than 50% occupied.

For me Applebees was my favorite restaurant until today, everything that happened was very degrading.All my employees go to that restaurant very frequently after work, but after I tell them about my experience I highly doubt they will want to go back. and for me it will be the last time.When we arrived the man who greeted us and took us to the table was very nice. The problem started with the waitress, first we tried to order something from the all you can eat meal menu and the waitress told us that it couldn't be done because they no longer had Shrimp, I said ok that's fine. My family had told the waitress what they wanted to order and I needed a little more time to look at the other menu because what because what I wanted they supposedly didn't have it, and she told me that she would be back but it might take a while. seemed strange to me but I told her ok it's fine. We also ordered an appetizer and they didn't bring us the small plates to share, we were 6 people and they only gave us 3 sets of forks, when the food arrived I told the waitress to please give me an extra forks and she told me that they didn't have any, I was like so I'm supposed to eat with my hands or something. and at the end the table that was next to us ordered what I tried to order at the beginning and the waitress told me that they no longer have it and guess what?well for them there was. Then I spoke with a manager and what he told me that it was surely a misunderstanding.

Went on 2/1. Ordered multiple all you can eat meals (chicken , ribs , shrimp). Food was good. Waitress was nice. Problem is that they just bring out a tiny bit of food when you want more for the all you can eat. So you have to constantly flag down the server and ask for more. Then you wait 10 minutes for your little bit of food (half a handful) to arrive. I find it odd that they would cook such a little amount at a time for these platters. The money they think they are saving on wasted food would be eclipsed by the amount of energy they would use to cook tiny amounts.Ziosk program they use for checkout sucks. Can't go back to look at order details if you go past that screen. It also timed out my review of the server and manager. Didn't email me a receipt which I needed for my expenses.Place was pretty empty when we were there. Freezing cold out and no place to hang our jackets, so we put them in the empty booth next to us. We are getting ready to leave with my very elderly parent who is mobility impaired and the manager comes over and asks us to move our jackets so he can seat guests. Seriously guy. We just dropped a good chunk of money at your place and left your server a nice tip. You can't wait a freaking moment for us to gather our things or place your new patrons at another empty table? Incredible.

I scheduled an order for 11:30 PM and for some reason the system scheduled it for 11:30 AM the following day I showed up at 11:40 PM to pick up my order in the manager was absolutely not helpful whatsoever saying that he has no control over that which might be the case. However, I’m here to pick up my order And they’re open until midnight. There’s 20 minutes left until close. He could’ve done something it was not a big order at all. I don’t think I’ll ever come here again and I put in it to go order for here at least once a week.

Love the ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli, they also have a nice selection of drinks plus the wait was not bad at all, employees are very friendly and welcoming.
