The customer service at this Arby's was very bad. i usually love my pee pee shakes and grandpa sandwiches with extra meat but they told me i wasn't able to order it and then the employee jumped over the counter and attacked me. i left the place with terrible bruises, scrapes and ptsd. after i left the manager came out and smeared jif peanut butter on me and i had an allergic reaction.

I've been watching these ads on TV for a long time but I don't have any Arby's close to my home. And I was very curious, but I'm kind of disappointed. It's just another fast food franchise.Not bad at all. I like the sauces. I like the curly french fries, the sandwich was okay but nothing special.

I got the tender meal which wasn't great but what I'd expect from a fast food place. What I really enjoyed were the new Mac and cheese bites. The guy who took my order was phenomenal! Friendly, informed me of the wait time, made conversation and was very professional which is rare in fast food.

I grew up in Ohio, so I'm familiar with Arby's. Arby's can be inconsistent depending on which location you go to. This one is top notch. The roast beef is tender, juicy and well done. ( Better than Bentley's). The service is great. And the chicken nuggets are better than chick fil a . The pricing is reasonable as well. I've never had to wait long for food, and the order has always been right.

So a couple weeks ago I was out doing errands with the family and decided to stop for lunch....I figured at 145 on a SUNDAY should be pretty good....was I WRONG...went through the drive thru as it was empty...ordered my kids lunches, my husband had a beef and cheese meal and I ordered the chicken wrap meal..my kids are pretty young so they don't really know the difference..being the only people ordering you would think everything would be fresh and hot...NOPE OLD AND COLD...spent almost $50 for 5 lunches I heard nothing from management NEVER AGAIN

Love Arby's regular roast beef .Manager was happy , we came from Connecticut for an Arby's.Updated December 29 2022Staff was nice . Food was fast ( luck warm ) fries and soda was good .Only on bathroom for the 3 businesses there .Couldn't wash my hands for 14 min bathroom was occupied .October 28 2023Greated by Matt .He was helpful and always good to see him .His good humor always makes us happy.Food and soda was good

Just used the drive thru. The service was a little slow, but nothing too bad. The sandwich was excellent. The curly fries were yuck, old and and cold, which sucked because I don't live anywhere near an Arby's, so I won't get any more for a while.
