Take this restaurant off of your list!!!!!!!! You let me make a reservation for my mother's birthday and are even asking me about my experience and this restaurant is permanently closed!!!! Luckily my sister drove by a few hours beforehand and noticed they were shuttered and we were able to go somewhere else.

The food and service were both excellent. It was an awesome, awesome meal, and we had leftovers to take home. We enjoyed the meal very much. I highly recommend Bertucci's!

So went to get dessert. Girl takes my order makes me pay then packages the cake in a bag. I leave and notice the cake is frozen. Charging all that for frozen non fresh cake. At least tell the customer they cant eat it right away.

My family and I have been coming to this Bertucci's since I was a kid. Even though the menu has changed over the years, the taste has held up. Courtney was a great waitress, she made sure we had everything we needed. I liked that she was attentive and friendly. Great service! :)

Tried Bertucci's hoping for some decent basic comfort food. Have to say that while the staff was very helpful and pleasant, the food was just a disappointment. App sampler was a poor value - chicken wings were dismally small and poor quality. Garlic bread was soggy and drenched in oil. House salad was wilted bagged lettuce. Spinach Artichoke dip was equally disappointing. Bland and uninspired. All the while the takeout area is busy, albeit with grub hub orders for a virtual restaurant, Mr.Beast Burger. Save your money and try just about anywhere else.

The restaurant is a fairly decent place to get a meal, but be careful because the manual is not accurate at all. For instant they say they have decaf coffee, but they don't have a coffee maker that makes it so you can't get decaf coffee. So they need to correct the manual, and stop lying to people.

Tonight, during a last minute Christmas shopping effort, I stopped in on a whim to Bertucci's on Amherst St. in Nashua. Sidling up to the bar, my tender George, crafted me a Manhattan. I ordered the roasted chicken broccoli pizza and both the libation and main course were excellent. George, Kat and Erin were entertaining and engaging in conversation throughout my stay. I believe that the staff, over the venue, is what keeps a customer coming back. Kudos to George, Kat and Erin for a great experience tonight. Happy Holidays.

Service to get our meal was very slow, around 45 minutes & no reason or apology. Some of our food was only warm. We didn't want to send it back because it originally had taken so long to get our orders. I hadn't been in a while & used to be one of my favorites. I am not rushing back.

The reason for this location's decline is simple, there are WAY too many virtual restaurants being run out of it. The food will never have consistent good quality if your cooks are having to make food from 5-6 different menus. This place used to be my favorite to order from, not long after all of the virtual restaurants started being offered from the location, the quality took a dive. Even the food from the virtual restaurants isn't good. This place has had my favorite pizza, even back when I was a child. To whoever runs the location, please drop some of the virtual restaurants from the location. One or two is fine, but last I counted there were 6 or so. I guarantee the food quality will increase.

Today we sat down we ordered diet cokes and that was all good. They brought that and rolls. Then she finally came back and took our order. I ordered a salad with shrimp on it. My husband ordered chicken Parm dinner. Then there were four other tables that were seated. We're still waiting their waitress comes to their table and takes their orders they get their food we're still waiting. I finally got the waitress I ask her what's going on with our food she said that they ran out of shrimp and had to go run out and get some I said you couldn't tell us that. So then they brought my husbands that was burned on the ends and overcooked. I am still waiting. My husband was half done his meal and she brings me my salad! Then i ask her two times for a to go container. She brought the tip back and kinda tossed it on the table with an attitude. I gave it to another waitress to give it to her and then I talked to the manager. She said I will pay for your meal with an attitude. I said no thank you and left. So disappointed.as it was my birthday gift.

Where to start...? Kitchen service was slow, took 45 minutes to get our meals. One of our party ordered a calzone with sausage, bacon and pepperoni but received a vegetable calzone instead. I never received silverware or a napkin. Meal was overpriced, $115 for six people for lunch. Should have gone to Unos!

Pick up order won't look like menu. They seem unable to handle orders, get out hot, good looking food, in portion sizes that match price. Something is always cold, or missing.

Once upon a time, the pizza was the best. That was a time long ago when there were long waits to get a table. Now no problem getting a seat. Your first sign to turn and run. I like a cream sauce pizza. My husband and I went 4 months ago and the pizza came out burnt with no lemon cream sauce. We said we would never go again.....then tonight we had to wait for my son in that area. We tried to get into Texas Roadhouse 1 hour wait. An Italian restaurant people were out the door. Even chic fil a had a long line. My husband suggested Bertucci's as he said their food was so bad there would not be a wait. He was right. The parking lot was empty. Went inside more than 1/2 the tables were empty. This was at 6:20 on a Friday night. Ordered the Chicken Broccoli pizza as it is supposed to have cream sauce, ordered extra cream sauce, cooked light, and a salad. I Wanted a fresh brewed tea. I was told they did not make it that night. 10 minutes later the waitress came out. Said that she was wrong they had tea. (Of course she never appeared to be around to refill drinks so I did not get to enjoy much of it. My husband on the way home stopped for a water. So make your own determination about service. The salad was excellent and a great price at $5.99. The tea delicious, the rolls delicious. The pizza came out. It was cooked to perfection, but no sauce. Literally no cream sauce. I paid $23.00 for bread with cheese and a couple of pieces of chicken. I asked for some cream sauce in the side. 15 minutes later it is brought out. Told the bowl was hot so be careful. The bowl was hot. The cream sauce was refrigerator cold. At that point I decided to take home the 5 pieces that were left so I could have warm sauce on my $23 pizza. Cream sauce must cost a lot to make as with what I was given I was able to put a light coating on almost 2 of the 5 slices that I took home. My husband usually can eat more than 1/2 a pizza. It was so dry he said it was not worth it and ate the rolls. I told the waitress the pizza was aweful, but I knew it was not her fault. She brought the bill and said she hoped it was ok. I said well that was the prices to which she said yes. Long and short is. Do not get any pizza with a cream sauce. Two times now it came out with literally no sauce. The areas that did not have cheese was just dough and possibly sawdust dry chicken. The dryness Of the chicken probably had to do with no sauce to protect it when cooking. $37 total for 1 pizza, 1 iced tea, 1 salad, rolls and tip. Biggest rip off ever!!!!!! Also as we were leaving I saw that on a table that the people just left a pasta entree thinking it was broccoli, ziti, Alfredo was barely touched and left evidently not good enough to eat or take home

We usually love the food there when we do take out- but this time we chose to dine in. We waited at the host stand for about 10 minutes with no one even acknowledging us. Then we went to the bar where the bartender was very kind but clearly extremely over worked. We overheard a conversation between two wait staff about how the customers should just “go to applebees instead “ because the kitchen was backed up 45 minutes. The pizza oven looks like it hasn't been cleaned in at least a week. I will say that our bartender was great and kind, but that was the only good thing I can say about our experience.

Waited in a line about 10 people deep to be seated, but no host(ess) to be seen. A couple ahead of us said they'd been waiting in line for 20 minutes so we left. No acknowledgement from staff of the large line of people waiting to even know what the wait for a table would be.
