This is the most convenient dunks for me, i try to go to any other one if i have enough time. EVERY TIME i pull up to the drive through whether there's someone in front of me or not they say " be right with you" half the time i just leave. They take minutes to get to you. This is the slowest, worst customer service establishment i've ever experienced. If it wasn't for convenience, i would never come here.

I just ordered one iced coffee I had an offer that if I purchase a Myth I get an iced coffee for free, so when I ordered that the lady charged me for 2 it showed 4 dollars and after paying that, my bills comes to 8 dollars she says I have charged for two, I was like wait what? She was like yeah I'm sorry can't help... What's the point of offers then when they charge for two and the lady was so rude to me is it because I'm an Indian??? Sh talking to the other customers very politely I seriously feel so bad right now, I'm a graduate student and do I deserve this, this is really bad behaviour towards international people

You don't take orders over the phone for pickup, and your website is experiencing technical difficulties, so I cannot order online either. You want me to drive down there to wait for my large order? I'm at work. Forget it!
The absolute worst dunkin I have ever been to. Not only was the employee sitting on his cellphone when we walked in, but he was rushing my boyfriend and I. My boyfriend ordered a signature caramel latte and my boyfriend got a cup of milk with whipped cream on it. I asked for a latte with light ice and I guess that means light drink too?? Will not ever stop here again.
