Waited at the front for 6 minutes only to be finally have the RUDEST man emerge from the back and passive aggressively apologize for not dropping everything he was doing. Totally understand being short staffed, but don't need the attitude. Maybe leave a sign out front, just saying...But goodbye, not letting that guy spit it my food...

My sister's boyfriend ordered his steak "well done" and I'm not exaggerating when I say this piece of meat wasn't even cooked, like..it was rarer than rare. We said something to the waitress in complaint, and she proceeded to tell us that even SHE refuses to eat meats cooked by this particular cook, as he has a habit of sending raw meat out all the time. We weren't offered a refund or anything else, just the waitresses acknowledgement that this is a regular occurrence. I, myself, got a shake and it was more milk than anything, whereas my sister's shake was made well. They didn't have any of their promotional items that had prompted my sister's purchase of an omelet in the first place and weren't offered anything in place of this item. The waitress didn't check on how we were doing for 20 minutes after we received our food, just in time to compare horror stories about the food and offer us the check. Terrible experience all around.

Well my son and I went there for lunch really wanted eggs and French toast. We were greed and taken to a table were no one else was after that no one came over to take our order for drinks and never came for our order for food. I read the menu 3 times and still no one. Told my son 2 more minutes nothing so we left and got better service at McDonald's. Won't be back again. Terrible.Cathy and son.3/27/23.

Avoid this place at all costs if you’re a doordasher, they are severely understaffed and frankly do not care about their takeout orders (or customers). I have gotten 4 doordash orders here and unassigned every single one.You walk in and expect at least 10 minutes of waiting staring at the ceiling - if you expected anyone at the front, you’re hilarious. They don’t seem to know what’s going on, and I pray doordash removes IHOP from from delivery. Incompetence at the highest level.

I understand that it was first thing in the morning but the hostess/waitress was often standing around talking to coworkers, they didn't have items featured on the menu, no flavored syrups. Just overall disappointed.

Hostess let someone skip us while waiting to get seated. On top of that she sat us at a dirty table we waited almost 30 mins for our food by the time we got it. It was cold so sugar at the table for my coffee no syrup well she got one from another table that people just got up and left. Never going back again..

Asked for a club BLT. I was given, No pickles, no mayo. A club sandwich consists of 3 pieces of bread not 2. The servicer kept forgetting when we asked for something. By the way, the place wasn't full. That wasn't the reason for the slow service.
