I used to live in this area years ago and was pleasantly surprised that it was still open and thriving. We fit a seat right by the window, which we really liked getting that city feel. The table was a little sticky but overall the place seemed clean, including the bathrooms. I ordered the steak and cheese with a side Greek salad. The sandwich was meh, meat barely seasoned, but the salad was delicious! I've never had just a whole slice if fresh feta on a salad before. It was delightful. My friend orders nachos and she was disappointed with the cheese level. First layer had cheese, the rest was just a pile of chips. Our waitress was very friendly, but the service was slow. She even said we were her most patient table. We weren't in a rush, so it was ok. We headed to a show at the Nashua Center for the Arts and this was just a few steps away from the venue. Parking in the garage was free with it being a Saturday.

First time dining here. Waitress was very friendly. Nachos came out and were great. As we waited for our dinner we noticed a mouse in the dinning room running along under the bar collecting snacks. Our food came, we asked for a box to not be rude and mentioned our discovery to the waitress. Paid the check and left. Dumped the food when we got home. Bummed out we were hoping to really like it here.

We used to love going to Martha's- we stopped today for the first time in a while and it was terrible. It was not busy, there were maybe 10 people at the bar, we got a drink right away & some menus but both bartenders ignored us after that, we had to flag one of them to come over to take our order when we finally got the food it was cold & tasteless. So disappointed in everything- food, cocktails & service were less than mediocre- would not recommend & will not go back.

This used to be the go to place for my wife and I when we were unable to get a reservation at other local restaurants. The food and service was always great. Lately it seems something has changed. The last two times we have been in the service and food has been average at best. The drinks were incorrectly made and when we requested a new one the same drink was received or it was remade the exact same way. We ordered prime rib and the au jus was cold, the green beans were mushy. A member of the staff was putting his hands directly into the ice well and then placing the ice in customers glasses. Thankfully the beer was great.

a couple came in after us, and after a few minutes, got up and walked out. I couldn't figure out why- my husband told me today he saw a mouse running in the dining room picking up crumbs. He waited to tell me until today because he knew I would get upset as we had already eaten. We won't be going back.

The food was very good and waitress was good too. I do not understand why there is never a hostess ready to seat people when they walk in. No excuses, unacceptable. Don't be surprised if you stand at that podium for 5 minutes or more. Sick of hearing the excuse “we're under staffed". Put more people on to work then. GoodUpdate: no one at the hostess stand again. Might as well remove it if it's not being used.

Walked in and sat at the bar on a Tuesday (2/13) just before 7pm. The bartender was mixing drinks at the service bar area at first, then walked over to a random group of people who were already sitting at the bar to talk about the Superbowl. After 10-15 minutes of her completely ignoring us, we left without being offered a drink. I wish I knew her name so I could post if here publicly, but she never even came up to the one new couple who walked into the bar during our time. We took our business elsewhere.

Very disappointed. I ordered the Special of the day prime rib on focaccia bread sandwich. The waitress returned to tell me that it was too earlier to cut the prime rib. So I ordered an appetizer of "hand breaded chicken tenders" What came was a wire cone with 4 frozen skinny over fried chicken strips covered with floppy French fries that tasted like mashed potatoes. The restaurant itself was nicely appointed in a great pub motif. My husband enjoyed the scotch stout and hamburger he ordered. He asked for broccoli instead of fries, but didn't eat because it was not hot when they arrived. I wouldn't recommend or go there again

Visited Martha’s for the first time in years as I was at a dance comp next door at the Arts Center. Had dinner Friday and drinks and apps on Saturday evening. The food was great, drinks were good and the staff was amazing. They were great at accommodating our larger parties (13 Fri and 6 Sat) with no notice. Both nights I ended up with the same server, Zach. He was awesome! He is knowledgeable and makes great recommendations and he has good attention to detail. He’s attentive to his guests but not overly. Our drinks were never empty and the food arrived promptly and Zach checked back after a couple bites to make sure everything was satisfactory. Thanks Zach for helping to make our experience a special one!!!

Food took an hour and 15 minutes to come out. We had to take it to go because we were going to a show. It was appetizers so by the time we ate them they were cold and soggy. Noone apologized and it took them forever to give us a check and cash us out. Very disappointed. Terrible experience and customer service.

The food and drinks were great but that doesn’t excuse the sticky mess at our table I had to ask someone to clean up, the cherry stems I swept onto the ground, or the waters I asked for 3 separate times. I can’t remember the blonde that served myself and my girlfriend. We came in this evening just got fried pickles, a Moscow mule and a Bahama mama and our blonde, socially awkward server looks at our check and goes “oh you didn’t write anything… normally people leave a tip” despite the trash service and her not checking our table, I was planning to leave a cash tip, but she took it upon herself to point out there was nothing signed on the paper I did not in fact even leave a cash tip after that rude comment. What an awful way to end a couples first date, pointing out there was no tip and expecting one even after awful service. Will not be returning, wish I could remember the bimbo that served us so I could put her on blast. Unbelievable.

We went during a slow period of the day. Everything and everyone was top notch. I had the Salmon with rice and sauteed spinach. Finished every morsel. Ordered a few different beers.Parking: On street parking limitation for 90 minutes. Not sure if you can re-up or not.Wheelchair accessibility: Street level entry with a wide door for a wheelchair.

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right. Very expensive for what you get. The burger was still very good. Unfortunately the beer wasn't that great for the price. However, service was great, although it was very empty.

My friends and I went on a Friday around 5:30. This was still in time to eat at the bar for happy hour buy one drink ( beer and wine) and get a second for 1 penny! Where on earth does this still happen? The place was empty, the food was good. We got a margarita pizza, thanksgiving panini, and a few burgers cooked to order. Something for everyone. The ambiance was almost speakeasy vibes. The waiter was very accommodation and pleasant, even showing a picture of his adorable dog based on our conversation. Parking was not the easiest.
