MASSIVE OSHA VIOLATIONS.I watched a man who works there pick up my bread with bare hands to check off a receipt. I don't care how clean your hands are- don't manhandle my bread. I was also yelled at by the entire staff for confronting him. He also was going back and forth between the storage room, bathroom and the counter, so I might have ingested a literal staph infection or E. Coli.Floor is always covered in crumbs. Bathrooms are constantly out of soap, toilet paper and paper towels. The food quality has also gone down a bunch- portion sizes are smaller and soup isn't as hot as it should be. Drinks are overpriced for what they give you. Please eat at the other location on Amherst Street next to T.J. Maxx and PetSmart.

Overall average Panera, but the portion skimping is getting absurd. I got a tuna salad sandwich with barely any tuna on it. Not worth almost $12. It's tuna, not gold. There are countless places with better deals than that.

Very well run here. The food was great, service was great and the place is very clean. Highly recommended. 11/23/23 update - I didn't expect that they could do better, but they did! Excellent food & service. The place is spotless. Thank you!

Don't order coffee here! I placed a online order for breakfast carry out. When I picked up my coffee, I noticed it was really lite weight. That's because my 20oz cup was only HALF FULL!I tried to get the line chiefs attention, but they just flat out ignored me. So I went to the employee taking orders at front desk and explained that my cup is only half full. He looked at me all confused and asked what I wanted? I told him that I paid for 20oz, I would like more than 10oz..... So he took the coffee and I watched him proceed to fill the rest of the cup with milk from a fridge. Lovely, nothing like getting ripped off for a cup of cold milky extra light coffee. Awful service. Unfortunately just like most south Nashua companies these days. Stay away. Just walk over to Starbucks.

This was the first time that my food was served to me at the South Nashua Panera. That was a pleasant experience.

Food has been usually alright here. Unfortunately not like the other Panera locations where u can study and use the Wi-Fi for the alotted time they usually allow. I’ve come here multiple times to see if it’s any different because I am close by. I’ve tried with many different devices, laptops, iPads, and my phone. The connection will say it’s connected to Paneras wifi, but you won’t get past google. Any other website will not load, and any modules/videos/ school websites u try to load will not work or go very very slow. After all these years I thought this issue would’ve been fixed by now. Don’t waste you’re gas or time coming here if u need a place for lunch and to study. Not worth the hassle.

I am writing here not as a consumer but as a worker. It's humiliating what this Panera Brad does with delivery, they see us at the front representing a person who is purchasing through the app and they don't care about us, they leave us waiting for more than minutes, today I got there they passed me by several times and they don't even ask me who I'm waiting for the order from, I think it's a total lack of respect for our work! Just as they are working, we are also working. I know I'm going to write this here and no one will care, but I hope they improve with delivery.

I love the new look since the renovations earlier this year although the old look wasn’t that bad. Panera is a regular stop for me at least once a week and I’ve been here several times to meet friends in the area. My last visit was the evening of September 06, and I found kitchen help especially friendly and courteous.

I give plenty of 5 star reviews but not here. Stay away from the Nashua Spit Brook Rd location. So many issues I'm going to start small and move up from there. No large cups out. Have to ask for them but no sign indicating this. It's apparently common knowledge for those that come here frequently as multiple people went right up and asked like they knew. My wife went up and asked and was told they bring them behind the counter when the younger kids are around. Seriously? If that's your policy, come up with something else to tell the customer. No napkins out, had to ask. Panera papaya passion green tea is a favorite of mine. Always consistent wherever I go but not here. Very weak. Diet Pepsi was running clear. My wife told someone and they told someone else. My wife goes up 5 min later and still out. She asks and the person says, oh, I was told it was out but did know anyone was waiting? Again, seriously? No fork with my order, had to ask. Forgot my chips as well. My strawberry poppy seed salad tasted like someone prayed a fine mist of dressing on it. Again, very weak in the dressing. My wife's salad had no tomatoes when it was supposed to. Fine if your out but put up a sign. The only saving grace was the lobster was very good. Seemed very fresh. To top it all off.. . Men's room has a single sink and single soap dispenser below the sign that reminds all employees to wash hands. Yep, it was out of soap. Don't care if it just ran out. If it's the only sink in the bathroom you make sure it never gets low.Seemed like a combination of don't care and doing things cheaply.I'll visit Panera again but not here.

I have been eating at Panera Bread for years. I was treated like absolute garbage and talked down to. The food and service were already declining, but this was absolutely unacceptable. The drink mechanics are also unsanitary since most people do not use a fresh cup for their refills. My family and I will never eat at a Panera Bread again. In the past, I always enjoyed their food and passionate team members; including their Panera Cares location years ago.

Panera has gone downhill. My mac and cheese tasted like water and the rest of my family was really disappointed in the quality of the food. Never going to a Panera ever again.

Extremely rude behaviour and irresponsibility towards customer.Placed an order in the restaurant on 07/26/2023 7:45PM and the staff gave a wrong one and upon request the order was corrected and was told only selected staff could issue a refund and it could take 2-3 days and I left the place with an agreement. After two days went to the restaurant for another order and upon asking for refund on initial order(as i got a partial refund), later the staff were able to find the agreement and wouldn't honour the rest of the refund and the staff got into debate and kept saying the refund was full and completed even after showing the transaction on my account and i had to leave with disappointment. Extremely unacceptable behavior from the staff, with this i hope the owner is aware of the ordeal they put me into.shockingly all this happened for less than $5
