4 stars for the taste and freshness of the poke. Minus 1 star for the murder-the-planet one-time use disposable bags. Let the food and word of mouth and reviews do the advertising for you - no need to throw money and materials straight into the trash after 60 seconds of use just so you can get your QR code out there. No one is savings and re-using these; don’t fool yourselves.

Love poke bowls! I was so excited that one showed up in my area. I love how fresh the food tastes, how there are many toppings to add. The bowls are filling but feel light and healthy. They are a bit pricier than a typical fast food, but I honestly find it worth it. People are nice, the store is clean, and mostly get take out, and their take away bags are fibrous instead of plastic, which is nice too.Vegetarian options: You get to choose your protein and you can chose to no have meat or fish, and you can pick your sauces if you want to eat more vegan (using soy or ponzu instead of spicy mayo). Tons of veggies you can pile on rice.

The Tuna and Salmon was delicious! The crab salad and seaweed salad was perfect with just the right amount of dressing. All the veggies I picked for my BYO Poke bowl tasted fresh! Take out was super easy. Everything looked clean inside. I was impressed by my first time here and look forward to coming back to dine in!

Been there 3-4 times already. I love the fact that they do have ordering kiosks (like McDonald's) where you can take your time, look at the menu at your own pace, order what you like when you're ready, pay on the spot, and never have to talk to anyone at the counter. Love it. I wish they added options to 'customize' your order. (ie, extra sauce, delete this, add more of that, etc. The system doesn't allow that yet.) Food is always delicious and fresh. And a tip: The "Regular" size is plenty of food. We ordered the "Large" poke bowls once and that was too much food.

Stopped by this location for lunch today while I was in the area and it was great!! The service was quick despite being pretty busy and all the employees were so helpful and polite. Hope they bring one to concord since that’d be a little closer to me, but either way 10/10 experience.

the place itself is very clean but if you come here just know the service is horrible. I walked up to the counter and I was standing there for a good 5 minutes nobody said anything to me or even looked at me. This young lady with glasses didn’t say hello she just stood there waiting for me to order and when I left nobody said anything either. This place isn’t cheap but I felt like a ghost when I walked in

Came in yesterday the food was great but the service was horrible I asked one of the employees where the napkins were and they replied with so much attitude and rolled their eyes at me. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me here but the food is good

If you want healthy eating choices then come here as I do but if you’re looking for super service have zero expectation for this. They will not greet you when you come nor say thank you for coming in even if you’re a regular that comes in once a week. If you say hello to them they won’t say hello back to you. If they’re busy and your next in line be prepared for them to not tell you I will be right with you /thanks for waiting. They will act like you were not even there until they’re ready to serve you. Also no one ever smiles and everyone seems robotic.

I think they are still working out their bugs. Servers didn't know answers to our questions and didn't seem to know what to do. The food was tasty and fresh. We'll be back.

We’ve gone here a bunch since it opened last year but we have gotten food poisoning the last two times we went. I was hoping it was a fluke so we gave them another chance and unfortunately it wasn’t. I did think the fish felt warm and under-temp but didn’t think anything of it at the time.

Beautiful location, very clean and nicely organized. The staff there is very attentive, food is fresh with great pairing options and servings are generous for the price. The online or in store ordering app needs a little tweaking to allow for selecting the sauce AND having it on the side (if you select sauce on the side it removes your sauce option; would also like the option of having rice separate for those of us who will eat later but like the rice warm). Staff is very accommodating and took care of all my quirky requests, and best of all they did it with a smile! It was so good yesterday we came back today even though we are not from the area. Received same great service.

For $8+ I would think they use real fruit. I got the passion fruit smoothie without added sugar, and added mango boba. It's just a syrup with no real fruit. It's so sweet I can't even explain. I would say there is probably 120-150+ grams of sugar in my large slush. It's like someone wanted to play a joke and said let's put 5-10 times the sugar than needed. Almost undrinkable. I'll go back to making my smoothies at home with frozen fruit.Nutrition information not available.*
