I ordered a triple shot - long shots, one splash of cream, one pump syrup. It came with ice in a cold cup in a size venti completely full and definitely more than a splash of heavy cream. When I explained it was wrong, the first girl debated that I can’t order 3 shots. I told her I do it frequently and it’s on the menu. She then had someone else come to the window to over explain what a long shot was and why it takes up a venti cup. She told me with an attitude about how she’s worked there so long and she knows. Anyways, it was ridiculous and the funny thing is that I ordered the same order the day before at the same location with no trouble. I don’t get it.

Not often do I write positive reviews :) but this time I am compelled to write one. The young lady at the drive through window just made my evening :). She was cute and the most important thing was - she said "its on the house". The best Hot Chocolate Ever! Thank you ?

This is by far my favorite Starbucks. Friendly staff makes it or breaks it for me, & here it Excels in that department. The highlight of my day sometimes is seeing (I think his name is Ryder?) SOoooo warm, friendly, kind, & helpful. Always remembers names and orders. . But I just love him. This world needs people like you Ryder!!

I just recently went through the drive thru this morning to get a coffee. I got up to the window and paid, and the girl at the window held the chip reader in front of me with the option to tip. Most people look away, but she did not and I did not tip, as I usually don’t through drive thru’s. she immediately gave me my things and shut the window and did not say anything. Very rude and petty. Says a lot about her.

I've only ever used the drive-thru of this location, but it is always a subpar experience. Usually, it is related to the quality of the drinks. However, the service I received today was enough to make me not come back to this location. I went through the drive-thru and ordered one of their shaken espressos with oatmilk and extra ice. When I got to the window, they handed me a drink that not only had barely any ice in it and was warm and was 95% oatmilk. I mentioned that it had a lot of oatmilk in it and if they'd mind remaking it. I said I could park and come inside to get it. The employee just stared at me, refused to take the drink back, and shook his head and just kept saying "no, you can leave." There are so many Starbucks around Nashua that is just isn't worth it to come to this location.

This was my first time going to this location and i ordered caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino WITHOUT caffeine just milk, extra caramel and extra crunch. What I got was caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino with caffeine in it and I'm not supposed to have any caffeine because of my health condition. I had couple of sips, and then realized that there was caffeine in it. Also, they did not give me my extra crunch in caramel, even though I did pay for it. So I went back and I asked for a new one because it has caffeine but also there wasn't extra caramel crunch and it. But when I asked for a new one, since the other one had caffeine in it, they were very disrespectful, and mean just because I asked for my extra crunch and caramel and no caffeine. If you have any allergies or anything, please be careful this place is not the right place for you. I would not recommend this place to anybody, especially if you cannot have a caffeine.

Literally sat here for 20 minutes yesterday morning in the lobby waiting for a coffee, and then for another 50 mins in the drive thru today and couldn’t even leave, actually just ridiculous.

I come to this location all the time and Candy is always so good to me. But today when I went there to order drinks for my employees, I made a mistake on one of the drink and I told the Asian barista that I made a mistake and I need it done a different way, she rolled her eyes and gave me a nasty attitude. I even told her i was sorry.... She seems like she was very irritated and annoyed with my mistake. That's no way to treat a customer, especially a regular customer, who owns a business and works in the mall.Management needs to retrain her on her customer service skills.

I come to this Starbucks location weekly. They have a great staff, everyone is friendly. They make my coffee perfect about 99% of the time which I’d like to thank the team for the consistency and good service! Many times I have to pick up coffee for my team at work and this location will always be our go to! Thanks again DW Starbucks team ❤️
