I don’t usually leave reviews on chains, it’s a waste of time. But I gotta say, these are the worst wings I’ve ever had in my life. They’re scorched rock hard without any sauce. You won’t even need to worry about a napkin, there’s nothing to wipe away.I feel like these wings fell behind a fryer and the boxed them up and gave em to us, that or they’re dinosaurs bones idk what’s going on here.We also ordered a box of fries (see picture) they gave us like half a child’s order and they didn’t even cook them all the way through. The carrots and celery have been left out they’re brown, so soft you might think their plastic. I don’t think they got one thing remotely right, even the To-go box looks stepped on and sad, making it a great match for this sad meal. It’s times like this I can’t wait for robots to take over at fast food chains.Do your self a favor and go anywhere else, even the frozen food section will do you better.

It's a Buffalo Wild Wings. Nothing remarkable - but they do the trick when you have a larger group of friends or are looking to catch a game. The cocktail menu is small, but they make fantastic margaritas and Micheladas. The food is clearly frozen and some sauces are hit or miss. I highly recommend the lemon pepper dry rub. The seasoning is consistent and always delicious during past visits. Their onion rings are also perfectly breaded and crunchy. A large order is big enough to split between two people. This location has the best staff! Eric and Pedro were our servers - they were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Props to Eric for remembering our entire large group order.Overall, BWW is pricy for a chain, but the friendly experience makes it worth the price on game days.

Has done quite well on cooking and flavoring wings to perfection, but have had a few occurrences now in which my orders to go were not satisfactory in not providing sides as requested per receipt, nor leaving ranch off of a dish as request per receipt, and for lack of knowledge and ability to process corporate physically mailed coupons could not apply valid disounts.

Got here at 6pm. Didn’t get my wings until 7:05 and they were cold. Sauce only poured on instead of tossed. After we were done it took another 20 minutes just to see our waitress again to get the bill.

Went to watch the NFL playoffs and Celtics games. Bar service was slow, took a while for staff to figure out TVs.

Will keep this simple... came in late around 8:55pm tonight (Monday 01/15). Waited over 5 minutes at the front. No one there other than a lot of customers sitting, eating, carrying on. No one behind the bar. One server appeared and went to a table and chatted with them. She turned twice and saw us and did nothing. So I decided to call the place while standing there... the phone starts ringing at the front. The girl could not be bothered to stop chatting with her customer. She moved to another table and one of the patrons kind of pointed toward the phone and she waved her hand blowing it off. At this point the bar tender came out so I went over to see if she could assist, she kept walking around bar and I gave up trying to catch her. Stuck my head in the back kitchen and found two staff, one cleaning, one BS-ing with them. Asked them for a manager. All the wanted to do was tell me I could not be in the kitchen and they were short staffed. We left. On the way out I let the bar tender know what was going on. She did not seem too concerned either. So, there you go. Take it for what it is worth. Five Guys down the road was open and happy to see us.

If you’re thinking about doordashing from this location- don’t. Let me paint a picture for you. It’s 11 pm after an 8 hour shift & you’re super cold & want some hot food. So you order some wings & tater tots & even a drink on doordash. You spend like $30 on this meal not including delivery fees. After 45 minutes of waiting for your order to be prepared, & then another 15 while your dasher does their job properly to get you your food in a timely manner, you recieve your food & notice the suspicious lack of warmth coming from the bag. You open it to find that your food is indeed cold. This makes you sad. Well at least there’s no way they could screw up your drink right? Wrong. You search through the bag for a straw & maybe some utensils, surprise, there is none! Whatever right? Just get a fork from your kitchen & pour the drink into the cup. You do exactly that, & strain out at least 20 ice cubes. You take a sip & are met with even more disappointment as the drink is extremely watered down, you wonder if there’s even any syrup in it at all. Maybe the wings will taste good at least? You open it & find chicken that is barely even covered in sauce. Surely if they were gonna skimp on anything, it would be the amount of chicken, but the sauce? But that’s okay, because you paid an extra 60 cents for a cup of sauce because this happens every. single. time. Defeated & hungry, you eat your cold, tragic meal & sip on your water with the essence of Dr Pepper, in shame.

It's a chain chicken wing place. This one tries to be a bit fancier. Parking is on the right side of the building. It is shared with a lot of other businesses.Parking: Parking by the building can be filled during lunch because of the convenient md headquarters. There should be a few spots further out.

Amy was very nice but when was asked for another drink she ended up talking to another table for way too long and forgetting it leaving me without a drink for majority of my time there.

New BWW. It's very clean, but not very busy. Our server, Amy, was very good. She was very knowledgeable of the menu items, very pleasant, and had the food out quickly.
