Walked in and started my order and was welcomed and greeted very respectfully by a gentleman named David and kept a personal yet still professional conversation the whole time while my sandwich was being made, he definitely brightened my day with the conversation, and made me feel very comfortable compared to ordering at other restaurants and locations. I appreciate workers like David alot!

This is a review for the Subway located in the Shell station on Route 103. I never expected to be praising a chain submarine sandwich place, but...on a recent late night when there was nothing but the greasiest fast food being served up in Claremont and Newport, Subway came to my rescue. It was absolutely the only decent place selling any food. The young man behind the counter had a lot of personality and certainly knew a lot about what would go well with different combinations. Points for him.Anyway, after a very tough day of running all over the Upper Valley, I needed something. And the large ham and cheese that came across the counter just before they closed for the night was practically heaven on earth. Good service, good food, and there when I needed it. Not bad at all.

On Saturday my coworkers and I had bought three subs want to say it was right around 11:00 a.m., didn't have nothing but white bread , bread was hard as a rock, when call to complain about the bread and asked to speak to management we was told there's no Management on,the girl that answered the phone was awesome she was polite took our phone number was supposed to give me a call back about the Bread and sandwiches, here it is 5 days later still have not heard from them, not good customer service.. Promise I will never go to that particular place again, not the first time gotten hard bread, will be the last time..

Went in to grab lunch today for my mom and I and got rudely pushed through the line after I gave my mom's order was never asked if I wanted anything else and he went right to the next person and made his two sandwiches. Also asked for sliced onion on my mother's order and he proceeded to wrap it up and I pointed it out again.Not to mention one one the workers came out of the office wiping there Nose and cleaning it and didn't wash their hands GROSS this is food service I think your employees need more training.
