The Employee running the register at 6pm on Feb 18 2024 took my card and charged me for someone elses order and then refused to give me my food and made me try and pay again, when there is literal evidence of her taking my card and charging it. This is outrageous and unacceptable behavior.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for a fast food restaurant but as soon as we drove away from the drive through, I knew I’d be leaving one for this Burger King. We waited a couple of minutes because they made a fresh batch of fries. The gentleman in the drive thru was incredibly friendly! The food was delicious, perfectly salted hot fries and the sandwiches were great. Thank you for a wonderful late night snack!

The food was pretty good. I see a lot of people complaining about burnt food or other problems but my food seemed perfectly cooked. My only complaint was (what appeared to be) the manager (or maybe just an employee bossing people around). She had 2 giant hickeys on her neck. That was not what I want to see when I’m handed my food and was pretty trashy to see.

The food and stuff is okay but the lady that served me was very rude and disrespectful and also I was extremely unhappy with the point that came with the kids meal because it used to actually be a toy that they could play with now they're giving a form of a paper doll toy so I wish they would actually come back with the actual toy not something that's paper especially for the price you pay for the kids meal. My nephew didn't even have any interest in it at all. also my kids meal didn't even come with the apple slices that it was supposed to come with

Drive Thru took 20 minutes. Was not given a straw for my drink. Bun for my chicken sandwich was a Whopper bun cut in half. Fries were underfilled. They are struggling today. Too bad.
