Tried over 5 times to get my money back from my order. 3/19/24 Store open till 10pm and I placed order for 9pm and store was closed when i went to pick up my order. Never received order and I just want my refund. Online “Pepper” is useless and no one answers phone. You can take my money but won’t give it back. Terrible please someone reach out

I have complained on line about this location but nothing was done. They are never opened, only drive through. The bowls are never full. The company doesn’t seem to care.

1)Front of house wasnt open2)Had to order online then go through the drive through(occodering to sign on the door)3)We ordered at 6:40, Order said would be done by 6:50 we got are order at 7:01(it didn't get worked on till we were at the window)4) The order was halfway right we had to walk to the window as the front isn't open to try and get it rectified5) They didn't get it 100% still6) The only positive is the customer service was fantastic the gave us the mess up plus a "fixed" one and brought it out to us.Overall don't come here unless you have alot of time and double check your order (you may get a free mess up lol). If I had to guess as a former fast food worker alot of people quit / were fired, and the new hires dont fully know what their doing and management doesn't care enough to teach em. I wish the best to those employees and hope things get better.

Will never come back to this location. The lettuce on our bowls was turning brown, they were out of chicken and steak. Had almost no rice in one of our bowls. We ordered 2 bags of chips and salsa. The chips were stale, brought them back up and was told they can’t be stale they were made an hour ago. I’ve had their chips many times at other locations and never have they been stale. The manager on duty was rude treated me like I was an inconvenience. Wasn’t offered a refund was told I could try more chips but they all taste the same so I’d be just wasting them. Never again will I give them my business.

I love Chipotle, but the location in North Conway is RARELY open??? Recently, it was "open," but according to a sign on the door, they were short staffed and I had to order through the app and then sit in the parking lot til it was done. Not ideal.

I'm not one to normally leave reviews, but this is insane. With the amount of money that these bowls cost I'd expect much better. Ive always loved chipotle and this is a first for me. When we finally got home from picking up our lunch order I opened up my case to see not only was there no extra meat as ordered but there was hardly any rice in it. If it wasn't for the amount of cheese that was in my bowls box there would have hardly been anything in there. Needless to say this location will never be an option for me or my family, and I recommend anyone who doesn't want to feel robbed to not go here either.

The food is like all other chipotles, so good. But this chipotle opens and closes when it wants, they don’t post signs on the door letting people know they’re closed. They say they open at 1045 but the doors are locked and you can see the employees standing there looking at you well past 1045. It’s a management issue, the managers have no discipline and it’s honestly heart breaking. Managers also will tell you they open and close when THEY want regardless of corporate or what their sign says. It’s just extremely unreliable. The doors say 1045-9 pm. The doors have an opening time posted on them so we as customers know when the store is ready. It is a corporate business not a family owned shop, you’d think there would be more customer service training or even at the least how to open your store on time so people can buy your product. If you can’t open, there should be a sign; online orders only! Sorry for the inconvenience. Quite an easy fix. Any leader can fix the situation calmly. If management is yelling at a customer (when they are clearly the one slipping up) it shows you right there what kind of team is cooking your food. I didn’t even eat my food because of the lack of trust from the end of the conversation. Jobs are everywhere, if you can’t handle opening your store at an exact time, maybe find a job as a Walmart shelf stocker..and not head of the team leading those kids on how to be complacent and think the opening and closing times are suggestions…If you want to order your food in person don’t expect to get in without knocking and driving around the building and asking them to unlock it via the drive through. Even after the business is open. It’s so unprofessional. I hope their management team doesn’t get mad if their employees show up and leave when they want because that’s what they’re setting as precedence. Poor kids.

I am so glad we have a Chipotle in the valley! It's one of my guilty pleasure chain brands I support when I can't buy local. I just wish they would anticipate item shortages when they see them coming. They run out of a few key things often. But a really solid spot for great food otherwise.
