This used to be one of the best dunks around, they where fast, friendly, and accurate, now it's not uncommon to wait 10-15 min in the drive thru and get an undrinkable coffee. today was a 20min wait to get the wrong coffee, and another 15 min waiting at the counter before I just gave up and left.The dunks next to the post office across the street isn't any better today their doors where locked and I can't use the drive thru due to the size of my work truck.

I bought $10 worth of menu items. When I got the food, I asked for ice water and was told that I had to be charged for it! REALLY??Apparently, this establishment is all about the money, not the customer or customer service. I should have known after seeing the sign on the door saying, "Restrooms are for PAYING customers only."Greed over customers is never a good idea in any business. I won't be back to that DD store!

Time listed for this location has them opened until 8 pm on the weekdays but that should really be updated to like 7 ish. I’ve tried to come in several time in that 7-8 pm time frame but have never had any luck getting someone to take my order. One time I was sitting in the drive through speaker from 7:15 pm to 7:30 pm when then turned off all the lights for the store

Never again will I go to this establishment, nor the one in Pelham NH, for that matter.. owned by same d-bag... they actually charge you for "extra swirl" if you want more than one pump of a flavor... if the coffee is a medium ice you get one pump... so what do you get if it's a small? A half a pump? Mr. B. YOUR A THIEF!
They always always always do great over at Pelham bridge st location(referring to one not in plaza) . I live next to it and go at least 4x a week and they always get my order right and it's not always the same thing. My husband agrees how great they are there! Thanks and keep up the great work! Please can we start giving them tips!!!

After a long night of studying and crying, all I wanted for breakfast was a warm muffin with some butter, but the butter part was unattainable on the app to order ahead, so I went inside and asked for some butter and the lady at the front rudely says she has to charge me for it. FOR BUTTER?? A PENNY SIZED THING OF BUTTER?? Forreal?? I walked out without my butter because it’s not about the money, it’s about the PRINCIPLE.

So a medium coffee here is $2.81. A LARGE coffee in Dracut on the corner of lake view and mammoth is 2.54….big difference for less coffee. And the cashier in Pelham said, just wait cause we are going up again.Seems odd
