Steak was burnt on two of my families plates the waitress immediately came over after seeing my gf push her plate aside my mother and law could not chew her med rare cause it was so burnt they did take one plate off but wasn't worth my girlfriends disappointment on her birthday going g home to eat dinner.

The restaurant needs to get the accountant out of the kitchen and bring back the quality. The food has steadily gone down hill in the last several years and now I have to steer my food selections to avoid the things that are awful. The last time I had the salmon, the asparagus was absolutely gross by being more limp than spaghetti.

Having tried a few locations, this is far away the best 99 in the seacoast area. The atmosphere is friendly, food is prompt, and the staff is courteous. Steak tips are an excellent value, although desserts are a bit lacking.

$22 for a tip and tender combo? Almost the same just for tenders? $17 for chicken pot pie with half a chicken breast in it, a potato, some veggies, gravy, flaky dough which all cost $5. Prices didn’t just go up after Covid it’s just a disgrace and insulting now and should be embarrassing. Even took the $10 menus out because why? Prices? Inflation is the excuse? Whatever dude. I’m not ever supporting a chain restaurant like that. Even at full consumer cost from a grocery store (which businesses pay less), I can still make ALL that at more than half the cost. Good luck ✌️

Our server was great but the haddock I was served was under cooked. it was sent back to cook longer but came back still raw. putting fish under a heat lamp doesn't cook it! Couldn't eat the fish and was still charged for the full meal. Very disappointing and the lack of a manager attention was concerning.
