Seriously, Shake machine has been down for over a month , Lobby still closed when everything else has re-opened, Building in need of total up-dating....management seams lazy

Great customer service at this BK. The lady operating the drive thru was so nice. She made sure to re-arrange our order to get the lowest price. Unfortunately this caused a missing item that we didn't notice until it was too late. She was so nice and helpful that we weren't really upset....only other problem is BKs fries. Are you not allowed to add any salt these days? Can't remember the last time I said to myself "wow these BK fries are good."
Quick service , came here for breakfast few years back before going water country across the street , nice staff. And my Ultimate Breakfast platter was great with its orange juice .
