For some reason a security guard started harassing me while I sat on the bench outside waiting for my order. Food was good though.

This is just a review of what I’ve eaten here which is the Gorgonzola salad. It’s usually delicious and worth the $8 but I’ve noticed that the quality of the lettuce they use is very poor. I’ll find myself picking slimy and wilted pieces of lettuce from my lunch till there’s nothing left but Gorgonzola. Delicious Gorgonzola but not a salad or a meal on its own. Maybe I’ll try their other food in the future but I don’t think I’ll ever order salad from them again.

I have been going here for a while and at first it was great but today I got my regular sandwich but there was dirt in it. She didn't even make the sandwich right. I was chewing on a clump of dirt!! I pulled the lettuce out and looked and the lettuce was covered in dirt. I then called about this incident and the guy on the phone said “well this happens sometimes. We get these calls a lot”. I was appalled by this and will never ever eat there again. They obviously have no concern for hygiene or any kind of sanitation.

Love their egg salad and they put a lot on the bread.

Turkey bacon horseradish sandwich is delicious. Tried a bunch of different menu items and have never been disappointed.

Lot's of great salads and sandwiches. Great casual place to grab a bite to eat. Tomato, mozzerella, pesto sandwich and the Chinese Salad are my favorites.

Food fine, customer service questionable. I walked into an empty cafeteria at 10:22am. I was not greeted by the girl sitting ON the counter until I made eye contact with her. The other 3 people behind the counter appeared to be chatting. When I asked for a sandwich, I was informed that they didn't start serving lunch until 11am. Let me remind you, I was the only customer standing in front of 4(seemingly) idle employees... After a moment of me staring in disbelief, she went to ask the manager. Then a second employee appeared to tell me that they don't start making sandwiches until 11am. The first employee returned and told the 2nd that the manager said it was ok. Also, it should be noted that while making my sandwich, she did not have to dig for or prep any ingredients...lunch was all prepped and ready to go. If I had not needed a sandwich for my daughter's lunch, I probably would have left after I (the only customer there) was told, the second time, that I could not have a sandwich 40 min early. I don't trust their service, and won't go out of my way again.

This is a small location inside of great bay community college. They have a salad bar or you can go to the counter to order food. I love their soups and they have a great thanksgiving sandwich. They had a special of chicken bacon ranch that I wish they'd put on the actual menu. It might sound silly, but I am unable to drink regular soda. Green Bean has many options for diet drinks in their cooler and this is the only place that has it. It such a small thing but has a big meaning to me.

Absolutely dissatisfied with this place. "Oh it's so good" "everything is fresh" etc. Absolutely disgusting, not fresh and more. The staff is not friendly and they rush everything. The tuna is so beyond dry it was like eating cardboard. I outta get a hold of Gordon Ramsey then maybe you'll actually make the food the correct way . I've given this place 3 chances and have failed horribly every time.

Great place to get a reasonably priced lunch made with fresh, quality ingredients. This gem is hidden away inside of Great Bay Community College which is part of its only really fault, the hours fluctuate wildly depending upon the school calendar. I get that their main target audience is the students at the school but the lack of clearly posted accurate hours on their website makes it hard to give them business even though we're located just down the road in the Tradeport. There's been too many times where we've stopped by for lunch just to find them closed, it has relegated them to a second or third tier option despite their excellent food. I think they would be able to get a lot more local employees coming by for lunch if their website were updated each semester with hours and dates that reflect the school calendar they follow.
