I have always enjoyed this restaurant in the past, but I was there for breakfast today, and noticed changes to the menu. I understand that they have a new manager there now. The omelet I ordered was not as good as in the past, and the mushrooms were different. The omelets used to come with potatoes and they no longer do, just toast. Too bad, I used to tell everyone to go there, but will have to rethink it now.

We were a group of 13 with 1 waitress who couldn't handle such a large group alone. She was sweet as cab be and professional but very frazzled. Drinks were wrong, food was given to wrong person. She needed help. It wasn't fair to her. They knew we were coming so they should have had help for her. The Food was great. I will go back and happily have the same waitress with a smaller group. They hurt need to do better for their staff. I am a f&b manager which is why I understood the unnecessary chaos and wish they had help for her.The steak & cheese bomb was a bit greasy but delicious! The Buffalo chicken rolls and Feta dip Apps were amazing!

I was very offended that there was a dog in the restaurant. It was not a service dog. Whatever happened to no dogs allowed in restaurants. Makes me second guess coming here to eat.

No matter whatI have ever ordered, it's always been good. Kitchen staff is A+. Dining room staff is a casual and friendly. There was entertainment (really good singer/guitar player) on Thursday evening.

Grill 28 is a hidden gem. The quality of the service coupled with world class fresh cuisine. Makes this location the perfect place for date night or a business luncheon. It is now my go to place and number one in the Seacoast .

I had a rehearsal brunch at this facility in the sim room. The food and drinks were good, but they seemed unprepared for us and the service was very slow. The server we had was very short and rude with us. The coordinator Kate went MIA even after I asked for her 3+ times. Communication to book the room was also difficult. I had to triple or quadruple call and email before I got an answer. The layout of the tables was not thought out well. They had to move all the tables in order to use one sim screen for a short time toward the end of our event. There was room enough to set it up so everyone could eat and sit at their tables while others could play but it wasn't arranged in a way we could do that. They also had a very difficult time setting up the slideshow presentation I brought. It took probably an hour to figure it out. All in all, my guests had fun and it was affordable, but it was awkward and I'm not sure if I'd book there again. A few family members commented that they felt like we were not welcome.

Quality ebbs and flows a bit but generally a good place to grab lunch in the Pease area.

Great spot for lunch. Never been and took a chance on a spot we see the turn to turn to but never take. Great cocktails and food. Restaurant is at a golf course, but no need to change your clothes. Would recommend to others.

Kim was our energetic, on task server. You can see she loves her job. We enjoyed meeting her and will come again. Thank you.

Staff was friendly and attentive. However, the facility and food were a solid C- The men's room was flooded and the alternate suggestion was a port a potty outside near the function tent where a wedding reception was happening. The food was okay. Not great. We ordered steak tips and an appetizer. The steak was served with green beans and mashed potatoes. The potatoes were flavorless and dry.

Reservations were required because it was Thunder Over NH weekend 2023. The service was exceptional and the food delicious. The waitress, Margie, was on target but not hovering or pushing you out to turn the table. We had the eggs Benedict, the Greek Flat Bread with a side of corn beef hash and coffees. All served hot and pretty quickly. The atmosphere on a hot sunny Thursday morning was quiet, great for folks looking for a chill place to have breakfast together. Great view of the Pease Air Base runway as well!
