Love Laney Lu, they try to combine healthy and tasty. My favorite are the wellness shots and depending on the week they have these delicious pastries, I got the pumpkin cupcake. They have a nice variation for coffee, teas, smoothies.

I was given a special tasty treat today visiting Laney & Lu for the first time. This is an amazing place, very spacious with an outdoor patio, very neat and clean, plenty of parking (which is an anomaly for Portsmouth), excellent customer service and the food is delicious and divine! This is perfect combination if you want to relax and sit in and dine and or or if you want to eat quick and go but want something healthy, nourishing with high quality ingredients and taste. I had the best egg sandwich of my life, a Biscuit & Gravy Organic egg over easy with cashew mushroom gravy, walnut chorizo, spinach, micro-greens, scallion, served on gluten-free sweet potato biscuit. It was flavorful and fresh. In addition, they have an assortment of tasty and fresh pastries, designer coffee, espresso drinks and herbal teas. I had a "Macro" doughnut which was delightfully sweet, moist on the inside with a lustrous coat of sweet maple walnut glaze on the outside. I had the tea with Ashwaganda, gingko, lavender, tulsi, schisandra berries and it cleared my sinuses. Happy to have found this place, I am definitely coming back to try the rest of their menu.

I just had the biscuit and gravy sandwich from your winter menu and it was phenomenal! I ate it so quickly I didn't get a chance for a picture. I would love to see this on your menu year around. Delicious. Thank you!

I'm a very big fan of their Exeter location, but have fallen in love with Portsmouth one as well! There is a great amount of seating in Portsmouth, and ample parking. My personal favorites are the Iron Wo(man) smoothie, the tumeric latte, or the Epic Egg sandwich. If you're looking for tasty, fun, vegetarian options, you'd love it!

We really enjoyed the food and drinks. It was our first time there and it will likely become an occasional visit for us because the prices seem very high to us. $22-$25/pp for a bowl and a drink before gratuity. The Juice Box in North Hampton is our go to smoothie place and their smoothies are more affordable.

Stopped in for a light breakfast and, overall, it was a good experience! The space itself was a highlight—gorgeous with lots of natural light and plenty of seating. It was a bit on the pricey side—my sandwich was decent, my americano was delicious. Next time I’ll probably just get a drink, no food.

Found my new fav. for a quick lunch. A bit pricey but good vibes, friendly staff, plenty of amazing food & beverage options…salad bowls, smoothies and sandwiches. Restroom was clean and well maintained. Condiment cart was stocked and clean. I tried the Iron(Wo)man and Blissful Chakras. Really good portion size, both were delicious ?

This is my second visit. I visited once when this cafe was under construction ? and I expressed my support. The woman overseeing the setup was very friendly and thanked me for my support. On my second visit, I had breakfast. I had the Epic Egg ? Sandwich with a cup of coffee and a Maple ? Cordycep Doughnut. Everything was good ?! The doughnut ? was made from ground mushrooms and didn't crumble. The coffee was smooth. The Epic tasted good but came apart. I don't know if the bread ? needs to be toasted a little more but I was given a fork ? ahead of time.Prices are high but the food is fresh. And it is Portsmouth during higher inflation. The WI-FI I couldn't access. This cafe has more elbow room, huge windows you can sit at and a larger outdoor seating area.As I look out the window, I remember this area being run down. Now, it looks so much better!I am recommending Laney & Lu. I hope they do well.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free ? available.Parking: Plaza parking ?️ lot. The spaces in front of the cafe are for order pickup .Kid-friendliness: Families are welcomed.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ♿ accessible. Doors do not automatically open.

We had takeout here, which was fresh. I wasn’t the biggest fan of my noodles, but the veggies were tasty!
