Although the food was alright, the crew was not. They are mostly rude and ignore the people in the inside line. We waited for 20 minutes for a two meal order while they do drive thru orders fast. McDonald’s is just not the way to go anymore.

The manager Bob was the most rude person I’ve ever dealt with at McDonald’s and I’m honestly never dealt with an experience like this at McDonald’s. He screamed at me at the McDonald’s line after not answering me in the drive-through ordering window when I sat there for five minutes, then he refused to sue serve me food, and continue to serve other people in the drive-through line food and told me that they just needed to get out of there and I needed to leave After waiting for 20 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes I went inside to ask if I could get my fillet of fish five minutes before they closed and he refused to serve me and said that they needed to get out of there and told me I was he was going to call the police on me when I was not being belligerent.

Came around 2pm on a sunday. Wasn't very busy, but despite this I waited behind 3 cars in the drive thru with no movement for almost 10 mins. Normally I would just drive off and go somewhere else at that point but I promised my gf I would get her lunch. I then parked my car and ordered inside. Got my food much faster than the drive thu but still had to wait a little bit for only 10 chicken nuggets. McDonald's used to be cheap and fast but waiting as long as I did and paying more than $6 for 10 cardboard chicken nuggets just proves this isnt the case anymore.

I I went through the drive-through this evening at 6:30. Ordered four piece chicken nugget only at the cost of 865. Inquired three times are you sure of the price, yes was the answer I refuse the order went to another McDonald's ordered the same thing in the drive-through for 259 be careful out there folks some people are trying to make money off of your orders. I also tried calling three times no answer at the Portsmouth McDonald's beware
