Today I got a meatball sub ( I stopped ordering those a long time ago cause they seem to have a 2 out of 10 record for not being nasty) and this one was by far one of the best if not the best!Mind you I’m coming from the North end!1 suggestion, put a sign out in the street, my first time here I almost drove past the lot, then when I pulled into the lot I did not see your sign and almost turned around to leave, but I said let me just check the corner, and boom found ya!“
“Habibi mediterranean Café is the best restaurant there is in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The cuisine and ambience is like no other in New Hampshire. It is an intimate environment, but in the heart of Portsmouth, New Hampshire for those who are truly locals. On top of having the best spicy hummus, falafel wraps, Harissa sauce AND pizza! “Just stumbled across this little gem a few days ago. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with the most amazing smells. I ordered the lamb shwarma wrap. I'm glad I ordered the large because it was so delicious! Will definitely be going back to try more of their amazing dishes. Very sweet owner as well.“
“I've eaten here, twice, and tasted 6 different items off the menu. Its simply fantastic! The pan seared cod is the best I've ever had. A delicate crispy edge made every bite a treat. The mussels were great, the Greek fisherman's stew, the ravioli,, the wood fired chicken, all fantastic. The beef carpaccio was an interesting treat, uncommon on a menu. Raw prime beef tenderloin, that I rather enjoyed. Our server, Natasha, was excellent!If you are a home chef, that routinely makes restaurant quality food(or better)? This is where you want to go. The skill in the kitchen is on a whole 'nother level.Price reflects the quality of your food. $$ very well spent. Its definitely the kind of place where you want to have an appetizer. Everything is so good, you'll want one, and portion size allows the extra goodness.I read that the chef won best in NH. For my experience, its painstakingly obvious why. Some of the best food I've had, paired with excellent service. I'm going to try everything on the menu. I'm certain the level of care in preparation is reflected throughout the entire menu. If finely prepared food is your thing? You need to try Tino's. They may easily become my all time favorite. Its that good.“
