They’ve got the best steak & cheese subs out there! My husband additionally loves the Italian (the bacon is always crispy and fresh). It’s been a staple in my life since I was in high school and continues to be today. If you’re looking for good subs, pop in. I just wish they delivered to Rye!

So many things wrong held my tounge last 3 orders but wring bread forgotten drinks cold burnt chicken burnt sub roll didn't ask to be toasted and now on top of all other charges charging to pay with credit card bye bye pizza factor after 20 plus yrs I'm done

Food was over an hour late. Called the store and was simply told our food left the store over 30 minutes ago and that it ‘will be there soon’… Another 30+ minutes later the pizza finally shows up ice cold. No explanation or apology. Will not be ordering again.

We are new to the area. Come from a place with less than stellar pizza. Our minds were BLOWN! Quality was fantastic. The crust is a little different than the usual and it is so much better.The staff were kind and went way above and beyond. If you’ve not tried this place- you are CRAZY!Parking: Little difficult to see the sign after dark. Tucked into the corner of the strip mall. Worth finding it! Not impossible. Just a little darkKid-friendliness: Easy place to bring your kids. Clean and not fancy very welcoming.Wheelchair accessibility: All one level and wide doorway. Very accessible for all

Very good pizza tried otto pizza for change threw in trash ordered my go to pizza factory waisted money at otto cheap hardly any sauce an cheese skimpy dough pizza factory were it at for pizza

If you get pasta and you want extra sauce ....make sure you ask for xx-sauce if you don't want a dry dinner!

The pizza and subs are great if you can actually get it in a timely manner.they really need to work on thier delivery..its a roll of the dice..most of my orders have taken between 1 and 2 hrs to recieve.the orders that come more than 90 minutes are usually cold..wich is too bad because I really do enjoy the food when recieved hot.i would order a lot more if they can deliver on time..at time of writing this my order has been 80 minutes and counting,with delivery time of 40-50 minutes at time of order...so I guess we will see ..

Portsmouth Pizza Factory has been a local go-to for decades. BEST steak and cheese subs in the city. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Great food. Excellent value. The staff is ALWAYS kind and the orders are accurate. Skip all the new 'west end' baloney popping up and stick with what works....The Portsmouth Pizza Factory rocks.

First time in tonight. Clean restaurant with games and books for little ones. The person who rang me out was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Pizza crust is a great crispy texture. I didn’t have to wait long for the pizza. I tried two speciality pizzas the veggie and the veggie gourmet. Veggie is loaded. I would recommend the veggie over the veggie gourmet.
GREAT AND DELICIOUS FOOD!!!! Chicken fingers and tator tots are ???. Also comes with a side of a salad big portions and for cheap $12 for all of this is a DEAL!!!

This was the first time I had ever been at the Pizza Factory and it certainly will not be the last! I picked up seafood salad for lunch today and it was fantastic. You didn't skimp on the seafood salad; to the point that I didn't need salad dressing!!! Also, picked up an XL and a Large pizza for a customer of ours and the guys at the jobsite loved it so much, the asked where I had went. I told them Pizza Factory and the rest was history. I think you just got myself and (8) other guys as new customers!! Great job and don't change a thing; right down to your staff!! Thank you very much!!
