This store is almost as slow as my ex! Management should start encouraging their employees. Drive thru constantly long, door dash orders are slow. Employees either stand around or just constantly complain. One guy said he was going to an escape room bro you work at an escape room. Make them burritos faster you might find a way out!

I WAS on my last few bucks, so I used the mobile app to place an order for breakfast. When I arrived, there was a dude in front of me who had obviously been waiting at the drive thru with no response for awhile.. He leaves, understandably, and I pull up. Same thing, no one there to process my mobile order..So now I’m broke and hungry because I trusted the restaurant to be open 40 minutes after it opens, and my funds will be on hold while the order cancellation processes! At least don’t put on a front like you’re open if you’re not really open!! Now I can’t even go anywhere else to eat todayI got screwed for using the app to order, I can only hope the guy before me was going to pay cash.. what a ripoff

Food was hot and fresh, the employee who took our order was lively, efficient and enthusiastic; also put a smile on our faces. Plenty of sauces for once!
The food quality is great for Taco Bell but they are extremely understaffed and the waits are terrible (it takes like 20mins to get two cars through the drive thru). I feel like I’m getting my ration in the Soviet Union.Edit: it’s way slower than the one in epping. Again they are way understaffed: please hire more people ?

If you do manage to get inside do not expect to be greeted, you will have to use the kiosk, if more than 1 party walks in lobby, the manager panics and locks lobby. Then we paid 31$ and waited over 20 minutes for a cold incorrect order. Manager told me he was in a bad mood and was tired.

The lobby isn't open which creates some difficulties and a line backup at the drive thru window; may be caused by staffing shortages but I'm not certain. They should get kiosks to simplify indoor ordering. Otherwise, the order came out correctly and no complaints.
