Service was extremely slow. Our drink order had not arrive after 30 minutes, so we canceled them. Out of the 3 meals, 2 were great - mushroom raviolli and taglatelle pasta , 1 was mediocre- bolognese. The bread is really good. Their house wine was nice. They kindly gave my son a beautiful piece of tiramisu for his birthday.

Food is always perfect, and love the atmosphere. Service is quick, though they still get quite busy here.. A bit on the expensive side, but portions are big enough to share.

Where to start...: Service was deplorable. Waited forever for everything. Food was uninspired. I make a better steak at home with market basket cuts of beef. The only decent pet of our experience here was the room which was nice. Price for a party of four with a two apps, 4 entreees , two desserts and a cocktail each was 470 dollars before tip. This guy from Tuscan kitchen is riding on his coattails. Had a similar horrible experience at his place in Newburyport MA. Stay away.

Awful news experience Friday April 5th at bar. Arrived at bar excited to sit at bar with girlfriend and share fun cocktails. Bar not busy … was completely ignored and looked through for 10 minutes before we finally were able to get a bar tender to tend to us. As a woman in her late 50’s it really made me feel invisible and like my presence did not merit acknowledgement! Doubtful I will head back to this bar again. Too bad, I am an excellent tipper!

Wonderful experience, Andrew the bartender was absolutely fantastic. Let us try new summer drink menu items, explained them, showed us how they were made and turned a normal meal into an excellent memory. Will be back!

My entree was luke warm. Was not offered black pepper or parmesan. Lack of staff on duty, no greeter, staff very stressed, although place not very busy. Carrot cake dry and tasteless. Sorry, would not return.

We came in for a few drinks and dessert after having lunch down the road. The bartenders take pride in their drinks, dessert was fantastic, and the bar layout is ideal.

I had made a reservation for 2, we were celebrating a birthday. We arrived 5 minutes early for our scheduled time but had to wait with 2 other parties for 15 minutes because the lone hostess was on the phone with someone placing a pick-up order. We were seated in a quieter room in the back as I requested. I think it was the wine vault room. We ordered a bottle of wine, a bottle of sparkling water, and 2 appetizers to start. The charcuterie board and the wood grilled octopus. The board was good, but the octopus (which I order often when dining out) was like chewing a burnt bicycle tire. We then ordered our entrees, My wife ordered The Seared Diver Scallops, well done, as she always does, and a substation from the tomato risotto to mashed potatoes. I ordered The Pan Seared Salmon medium well, and it was paired with roasted sweet potatoes and asparagus. When the meals arrived, the 4 cherry sized "Diver's scallops" had zero color from "Searing" and were basically raw, and the kitchen forgot to substitute mashed potatoes for the risotto, The salmon I ordered medium well came out of the kitchen like sushi. The side of roasted sweet potatoes was cold. The plate itself was cold to the touch. The asparagus were blanched but were super aldente' almost crispy. We both had to send our meals back to the kitchen. Our meals did come out later as we had originally ordered and was delicious. Our waitress was the best part of this birthday night at Toscan. She was understanding and attentive without hovering or making any excuses. She was outstanding! It's obvious the quality and selection of the food is excellent, but the attention to detail of the kitchen staff and the hostesses needs some serious work, especially for an upscale restaurant.

When this placed open after Covid, it was the best. It became a regular “go to”. The food was great with service to match. Unfortunately, as time went on, both suffered. Service went down overall and the food really suffered. Also costs went way up. It’s unfortunate because i would go here at least once a month. They still know how to cook a steak but there everything else went down. Often bland. Also they have a tendency to bit way too many tables in during peak season which lowers the overall experience and mashed service suffer. Now it’s just a place to grab a cocktail.

The atmosphere and ambiance is fantastic - our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. The seafood fra diavolo and the short rib were delicious - the lobster ravioli was a little undercooked. But all in all the experience was nice!
